Very relaxing stay at Indian Rocks Beach

This is my third visit to IRB and by far my best visit. Beachfront is definitely the way to go and this place is nice.

Great break from Ohio winter weather

Enjoyed our stay! So many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. Private beach access and beach was not crowded. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. Highky recommend Inidan Rocks Beach - we will be back!

One of the best place in Indian Rocks!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It’s very conveniently located with plenty of food choices and things to do! The condo was very clean and came with basic things to get you through the first few days. The walls are a little thin so you’re able to hear the people above you. We had an amazing time and plan to come back. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking!

Long weekend with friends

We have friends that have a place in IRB and wanted to spend some time with them. This place is in a prime spot! We rented a golf cart but didn’t need it. 10 min away for lots of restaurants and shops. Super clean, good parking( it’s a big deal) great view and steps from the beach. No bad days in IRB!!!!

Wonderful unit in IRB - would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was actually much nicer than the photos and was very clean and roomy. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and gadgets one might need. One thing to note is that the coffee maker is a traditional coffee pot and not a Keurig. The queen bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and there were plenty of beach towels. The storage area had everything we needed including chairs, an umbrella, and noodles for floating in the gulf. I needed to communicate with Kelley about an issue and she was very kind and responsive. The location in IRB was ideal being away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches yet only a few miles from grocery stores, etc. We loved walking just a few steps to the Kooky Coconut which served the best ice cream we've ever had. There were 2 minor issues that were unavoidable but important to be aware of. The first is that the parking is challenging. Being under the building, there is not much room to navigate pulling in and out of the spaces. We had a mid-size SUV and it was a tight fit. Secondly, there was a lot of footstep noise from the floor above. We didn't spend a ton of time inside the unit for it to really bother us but we did notice it when we were there. Perhaps it was just a particularly rambunctious group. Overall, this is a great property and we would stay here again...5 stars!!

Wonderful family friendly stay.

This property was exactly what I was looking for. Within steps of the beach. Simplistic, and a beautiful beach view. Communication with host was easy but was seldom needed as property and arrival details were well described. Forgot something on the beach?? 50 steps and your back inside and back to enjoying what you came for. Convenient dinning options all around. Thanks for sharing this wonderful property. Already Looking forward to returning.

Very nice, clean, and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, right on the beach. Kitchen set up well with amenities. Right next door to Kooky coconuts, a happening spot for sandwiches and ice cream!

Very clean and bright vacation property, great experience

I booked this for my BFF of 25 years and her 5 year old son as a short relaxing beach get away. The home was tucked away off a small side street in a small town, beachy area of Indian Rocks beach. The property owner was very kind and accommodating and we met the property manager at check in as well. He was kind and very proud of the property and eager to show us around. The home was spotless clean and did have good amenities and a few items to get us started such as some coffee and filters, some dish pockets and laundry soap, we used some and left some replacement items as we were appreciative of the courteous items. The home had nice bedding and pillows, lots of fluffy towels, kitchen supplies and lots of space to relax. We did spend some time drinking wine at the porch before bed, and coffee first thing each morning. The beach was "a stone's throw away" and we were there several times a day searching for treasures. The one surprise was how friendly the locals are, above and beyond in kindness and so many people stopped to talk and offer treats to my friends son (daily). We had a few day excursions during the day, so many options all within 15 minutes to an hour drive. Groceries, liquor and pharmacy all within 5 minute drive. We hope to return to the same home and area year after year as this was one of our favorite trips ever!

Family getaway

We had a great time! Location is our favorite. Steps to the beach. Right next to Kooky Coconuts Restaurant and several others near by. Small town vibe. Beach isn't crowded. We love every part of it. This was our third time and we're already planning the next trip.

Paradise!

Truly beautiful property that overlooked a peaceful, quiet, gorgeous beach. We are in our late 50's and didn't want to spend the days with teens/party crowd and this was perfect. Ocean waves were all we heard at night sitting on patio! We will be back for sure!

READ TO FIND OUT WHY THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY *ON THE BEACH* TO BOOK

I’m honestly not even someone who usually leaves reviews on things - but I hope my review will help someone scrolling properties make a final decision. So here goes… The hosts - When you book a VRBO, you aren’t just booking a property… who you book with can really impact your trip… and it actually saved our trip this time. Our trip was booked well in advance… And then a Hurricane hit Florida. Kelley not only messaged me multiple times a day to keep me updated, but she also let me know when the airport shut down and opened up, AND she offered to let me move our trip if I wanted so we could have the best vacation possible. And we did… we only had to move it by a day, but we had the best family vacation ever. I was kind of freaking out and almost canceled, but Kelley was so helpful and had me wait and see. She saved our vacation. THE PROPERTY - If you’ve been looking at enough properties, you’re probably thinking - what’s actually on the beach? Let me tell you - this is actually on the beach. It’s a 3 unit property and you’ll get 2 parking spots all 2 yourself so you don’t have to deal with parking issues. And you are legit steps from the beach. So easy with kids!! And Kelley has a storage closet for you with chairs, umbrellas, and sand castle toys (we added a lot to that collection). Oh and boogie boards!! The unit itself is like having a full 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to yourself. And it just feels clean. We already can’t wait to come back.
