The building is well-located on beautiful Clearwater beachfront, but the building and the unit are dated, and needing equipment upgrades and replacements. Anyone considering this rental should not expect a great experience.

This condo was very comfortable. It had everything we needed or wanted. It's right on the beach so the view and access are perfect. I could sit on the balcony with my coffee and watch the waves. The unit was very clean. We did find some jagged burrs stuck to the carpet that come in from the beach. My family visited in the evenings and there was plenty of space. We will definitely consider staying there again next year.

It’s a VERY short walk to the beach. The great thing is you can also sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach. This is our 2nd stay at this condo. We will be back. The condo is great and response time from the owners are also great. The condo is clean updated. We also love getting lunch at the Kookie Coconut next door.

Very relaxing stay at Indian Rocks Beach

This is my third visit to IRB and by far my best visit. Beachfront is definitely the way to go and this place is nice.

Great break from Ohio winter weather

Enjoyed our stay! So many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. Private beach access and beach was not crowded. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. Highky recommend Inidan Rocks Beach - we will be back!

One of the best place in Indian Rocks!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It’s very conveniently located with plenty of food choices and things to do! The condo was very clean and came with basic things to get you through the first few days. The walls are a little thin so you’re able to hear the people above you. We had an amazing time and plan to come back. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking!

Long weekend with friends

We have friends that have a place in IRB and wanted to spend some time with them. This place is in a prime spot! We rented a golf cart but didn’t need it. 10 min away for lots of restaurants and shops. Super clean, good parking( it’s a big deal) great view and steps from the beach. No bad days in IRB!!!!

Wonderful unit in IRB - would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was actually much nicer than the photos and was very clean and roomy. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and gadgets one might need. One thing to note is that the coffee maker is a traditional coffee pot and not a Keurig. The queen bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and there were plenty of beach towels. The storage area had everything we needed including chairs, an umbrella, and noodles for floating in the gulf. I needed to communicate with Kelley about an issue and she was very kind and responsive. The location in IRB was ideal being away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches yet only a few miles from grocery stores, etc. We loved walking just a few steps to the Kooky Coconut which served the best ice cream we've ever had. There were 2 minor issues that were unavoidable but important to be aware of. The first is that the parking is challenging. Being under the building, there is not much room to navigate pulling in and out of the spaces. We had a mid-size SUV and it was a tight fit. Secondly, there was a lot of footstep noise from the floor above. We didn't spend a ton of time inside the unit for it to really bother us but we did notice it when we were there. Perhaps it was just a particularly rambunctious group. Overall, this is a great property and we would stay here again...5 stars!!
