Aquí hay un excelente condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, justo al otro lado de la calle de John's Pass Village, a pasos de hermosas playas, piscina climatizada y instalaciones para barbacoa. This condo was excellent!!! Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the drawbridge and the people coming and going from John’s Pass.Pool is great!The walk through the sand to the water was pretty short.An excellent bonus was going through the parking lot to end up under the drawbridge and watching the people fish. It is also a cut through to John’s Pass.

The lock on the door is a bit tricky and requires two hands, which is kind of annoying. I know it’s Florida, but we had a big cockroach that got in from somewhere and that was no fun. Otherwise very nice condo and resort, would def come back.

Great condo with an awesome view.

This condo has an amazing location- you can see St. John's pass/waterway and from the bedroom the gulf. It is a little noisy because you are close to the bridge (that is a draw bridge) and the road- but the view is awesome- you can watch the dolphins from the balcony.

December 2019 Stay

This was our first time staying at SunHost Resorts. We were greeted by very friendly, helpful office staff. The condominium was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the location; being within walking distance to John's Pass was wonderful. The property was very clean and all the people we met were very friendly. Our experience was great! We look forward to staying again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Beach Place Condos. Overall it was a good experience. Can't beat the location and the property was clean an well-maintained. Only "negative" complaints we have are the Keurig didn't work and when we called the office, they seemed annoyed and said all they could do is call the owner. Additionally, there were no basic cooking supplies such as salt/pepper or oils. These would be an improvement to consider.We will consider staying in the future and would recommend this to friends and family.

Vacating at Beach Place

This unit was very well stocked with everything you need and then some. Nice furniture and decor. Directly across street from John’s Pass. Can watch the bridge raise and see the beautiful lights at night from balcony. Pool was nice and clean, along with Tiki tables to relax and cool down at. Would recommend staying at Beach Place for a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

Appliances,counter tops,and cabinets were new and very nice. Good supply of cookware. Nice view of bridge and intercoastal from balcony. Road noise, but not a problem. Pool area was nice. Would have liked a laundry area on site. Overall we were happy with our stay. Would recommend unit 501

One area that needs to be addressed in the complex, is the pool area. Numerous days of young couples drinking beer in the pool. Also large groups coming down to the pool at 9:00 and saving 4, 6, or more chairs with towels, but not actually occupying them until later in the afternoon. Both issues need to be addressed - very inconsiderate.

July 2016 Stay

Over all the stay was really nice, the room we stayed in was both homey and warm and provided us with a great view. Aside from that the quick access to both the pool and the ocean was a great advantage and greatly appreciated. Regretfully, it was a turn off that the room did not possess a washing machine and that the machine was so far from where we were staying. Over all though the experience was great and I would likely repeat it again.
