We even had a beach wedding. We loved it was so close to restaurants and the pass. Grandsons loved fishing at the pass. WILL be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at the Beach Place a couple times and each stay was perfect. Excellent location. Everything is right here, few feet away from the sandy beach, ocean, pool, stores, restaurants, bars, jet ski rental, fishing charters, pirate ship, sunset cruise, dolphin watch......and more!I love to fish and I catch a lot at Johns Pass and Maderia Beach (both are a few feet away) I see a ton of Dolphins while fishing or just hanging on the beach. A manatee swam right up to me :)I will be returning hopefully sooner than later.

We felt the unit needs some updating as furniture is pretty worn. Pretty sure this trip folks were letting people in the pool that weren’t staying at Beach Place. One afternoon there three families that said they were staying elsewhere. Beach Place is great with huts near the pool for shade and grills. Returning next near to a larger unit.

There is street noise through the night as you are close to the main road but we used a white noise machine and that helped. The bathrooms could use an update, but were functional and clean. We loved our stay here and would stay again!

Condo was great

Condo itself was great, property itself is a little rough and could use some upgrades. Pool was clean everyday, great access to beach snd boardwalk. Awesome VFW post right across street that is open to anyone (much better drink prices than the tourist traps.) After hours check in was a nightmare, luggage carts need to be replaced, maintenance guys smoking outside of elevators on the entrance balconies sucked when you have kids with you. Overall great trip and unit 302 was 5 star.
