Clean room, easy beach access, nice kitchen. Only challenge pull out sofa very hard and shower no door on side so water gets out easily. Place is nice super for small family.

Vacation Condo

We loved staying here. Wished they offered more lien for blankets. We had 5 of us. Not enough lien for the pull outs. We wished the shower had a door, all the water gets out, leaving a mess, we had to use one of the towels to keep it dried. Also not enough towels for all the guest. But the place was absolutely great. Great location next to the beach.

Really nice property

Property is nice and well kept. Amenities were great. It's basically on the beach and also the pool is really nice. Roger, the property manager is really great. Communication and check-in were first class.Our only complaint is the upstairs guests were pretty loud with little kids running around. Guess that is sort of a crap shoot, but it was rather annoying.

Location great

Looked to be all new. Needs to be more of a beachy feel. Just my opinion. Only issue we had was getting ahold of the manager to get the code to use the pool. It took 6 hrs to find out the lock on the pool gate didnt work anyway. Other than that no issues and a great place near upham beach. Our favorite.

We loved the condo! It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants and super close to the beach. Also, communication with the host was quick, reliable and easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean, great location but noisy

We really enjoyed our visit! The property is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. There were a couple of chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler bag in the closet which were so nice to have for the beach. Everyone we met during our stay was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be curtains in the bedroom to filter the morning light, as it gets very bright in the morning. The condo is also located on the corner first floor. There is a lot of foot traffic and the walls/windows are thin. It was very noisy with people walking by, traffic, and the tenants upstairs. We could hear every step they took, door opened, when the shower was on and toilet flushed. Otherwise, with being out most of our day, this is a great place to stay and we would stay again. Roger was great with all the information for checking in, parking, garbage disposal, etc.

Great location for Beach vacation

This a very nicely updated condo with really good amenities. The host was very accessible and responsive. The condo was clean, but needed a deeper cleaning in my opinion (blinds, windows, baseboards). This is one of the best locations on St Pete’s beach.

In accurate description of property. No laundry on property, landscaping was disgraceful, street parking with permit- good luck finding a space on the weekend, picture of pool area -not even close to what actually exists. You can hear every sound from the apartment above.

Paradise Perfected

We wanted to find a quick getaway for our anniversary and this was the perfect place. There's so much to do we couldn't fit it all in, so we'll be coming back again. Cute and relaxing!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and it was nothing short of perfect! Big comfy bed with plenty of clean dishes and a very nice bathroom/shower. Best part was being so close to the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Great stay just steps from white sandy beach!

Wonderful stay and kind host. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside of door. Host was thoughtful and kind. Check-in was simple. Beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away, and plenty of dining within walking distance. We’d recommend to other guests!

Overall a great place to stay! It’s within walking distance to the beach, the pool was decent to swim in even in December, and the condo was a good size. We were initially nervous about the location, it seemed a bit sketchy, but it wasn’t.

Short getaway

Beautiful Location for a Getaway

I booked the condo for a surprise birthday weekend for my love. The condo was perfect for two people The kind sized bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the overall condition of the unit was very clean. The beach is just one block away from the unit and the pool is steps away as well. The owner's recommendations were great for good food. We enjoyed everything and look forward to visiting again. Great experience and I highly recommend this rental.
