    You’ll have a wonderful experience when you step outside right onto the beach of beautiful Treasure Island.

    We are the new owners of this unit and have short-term rental house just blocks away if you need to combine both for larger groups.

    We’ve added a new memory foam mattress, new leather sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, new bedding, bath towels and beach towels too.

    A brand new, high efficiency, and very quiet AC added 2023.

    The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and toaster, microwave for your convenience.

    The studio has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi is included.

    The views from the balcony of the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay.

    The property features a year around heated pool and the Island Girl Tiki bar with snack and food adjacent to the pool.

Host was very prompt with communication and room location was great! A few cosmetic updates could be made like flooring and shower head but other than those the room was great! Towels were provides which was a huge plus! Bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in nice small room with a small kitchenette perfect for two. Balcony has side view of the beach and of a channel. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for 2 people. Beach chairs and towels were awesome to have. Beach was very nice and not crowded at all. Little bit far to walk to restaurants/store, but do able.

Beautiful spot

Loved this location, perfect for a quick couples getaway. Central location to a lot of great restaurants and the onsite tiki bar is perfect with amazing sunset views.

This was a fabulous location for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation. You walked out of the back door of the building, walked 10 feet and were on the powdery white sand beach! 2 beach chairs were provided and you can rent umbrellas, or cabanas reasonably right on the beach. There was a clean pool, bar and seating areas outside to enjoy also. Communication was terrific! When I had a question, Chatrick was quick to answer it. The condo was clean and had a cook top, refrigerator and was a great size for 2 people. We enjoyed the balcony which provided great views of the beach and bay! A comfortable king size bed, great pillows and towels were provided. The surrounding areas are beautiful, as well. I would recommend renting bicycles or having a car to explore with ease. We would stay again!

The owner of the property was extremely prompt and helpful prior to our arrival. He had good suggestions on dining, music, etc. The room is small as the picture shows. The room could use some updating, particularly the flooring which was coming up in the bathroom. The sliding glass doors for the closet didn’t move too well and the shelving in the closet could be replaced. The location was great. The beach was beautiful. The pool and the tiki bar was a bonus.

Super easy check in. Room is small but was perfect for us (we are hardly in our room). Condo was also equipped with almost everything a person could need. Facility was clean and we really enjoyed the Tiki Bar. Would totally stay again....

Great little condo

This is a great little condo on the beach. Easy walking distance to grocery store and beach bars. A comfortable bed and nice little kitchen. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent communication from the owner.

This is a cozy little gem right on the beach. And although small, very nicely appointed with very comfy, huge king bed, larger refrigerator and plenty of storage for a 4-night stay. Great view from the balcony and really appreciated. Having nice beach towels to use at the pool. We would stay again!

Location location

This is our second time at this property. Pool was beautiful, beach was clean and there are many places to walk to for dinner. Wendy was VERY helpful and gave us information on ride share and the trolley. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and perfect for the two of us

Beautiful beach

Right on a fantastic beach and the cutest little Tiki Bar. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and studio kitchen was easy to fix snacks and small meals. Perfect getaway!

Great Location

We stayed at Island Inn in Treasure Island. Very nice area. Chadwick our host was awesome. He let us in as soon as we arrived and kept communication open to let us know we would need to evacuate due to the incoming hurricane Helene.

Treasure on Treasure Island

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Beach Time! The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed walking on the beach each morning and watching the sunset each evening.

Perfect Condo, Convenient Location, Communicative Host

We couldn't have asked for a better week vacation in Treasure Island, FL in the perfect condo. We had everything we needed from the provided beach chairs & towels to the beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Chatrick was amazing at communicating with us throughout the check-in process along with answering and tending to questions we had about our stay. We will definitely go back soon!
