Fantastic stay for myself, husband, adult daughter & small fur baby. Location is amazing - hidden and peaceful yet close to everything. If you like a tropical vibe & natural setting, walking & biking & sunsets, Crystal Beach and this unit are perfect! Property is beautiful- inside & out. Layout is spacious and comfy and fabulously decorated. It was exactly as listed. Well stocked w everything we needed to dine in or grill out. Beds were so comfortable! Great shower and lots of closet space. Pool & outdoor areas are truly exceptional! Tree swing was so delightful. Karen was available and accommodating and a very kind host. We will book here again for sure! Can’t wait to go back.

Our family stayed and enjoyed this lovely property. Such a perfect little getaway close to several beaches and the charming little town of Dunedin. The house was clean and comfortable and the pool was just a few steps away from the front door. It was truly a tropical oasis. We enjoyed every minute and hope to come back again!Thank you!

This place was just as advertised. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Everything you needed in the kitchen. A beautiful yard with plenty of space in a great location plus a heated pool. 50 feet from the Pinellas bike path where you can ride forever. Minutes from restaurants no matter which way you go. Karen reacted within 30 minutes when needed.

Cute place. Had all the things to cook a meal Thanksgiving day. Pool area is nice and the nearby trail is convenient. Was disappointed that Crystal Beach was no longer a beach and the next closest beach we could find was also still closed. Thanks for sharing your place.

My family had a wonderful one week stay! The property was exceptionally maintained. Close driving distance to quiet beach with white sand, clear waters. After spending time at the beach, it was nice to come back and relax in the pool. Karen was excellent at communicating with us during our stay, and even gave some great recommendations on restaurants in the area. If we ever plan a trip back to the area, would definitely stay again!!

I can’t say enough about the cleanliness, thoughtfulness of Karen from leaving the outside lights on and turning on the ac for my late evening arrival. The property has a lovely private pool that is a slice of heaven with plenty of seating and towels and is very well landscaped. Karen provided all the small touches that often get overlooked for rental properties. It truly was a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Our stay in Karen’s Crystal Beach home was just perfect! Exactly as described, the house was fully stocked and super clean, and the location was great for exploring the area. We had easy access to Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin and other nice towns. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants (Fireside Pizza, Molly Goodheads, Frenchys Outpost, Casa Tina’s, Emily’s) and there so many more that looked great too. The Pinellas Trail let us easily ride north on Karen’s available bikes to Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks. We also used the trail for walking and running. The Crystal Beach pier is great for watching the sunset. However, the star of the show was actually the wonderful yard that we had all to ourselves. The pool was fabulous: heated, saltwater, perfectly clean, beautiful landscaping, lots of comfy seating, patio tables, shady umbrellas and more. They were pool toys and floats to use in the nearby sheds. And because we were too busy enjoying the pool both day and night we did not take advantage of a lovely swing under a big tree or a fully stocked fire pit. Next time! 5-plus stars to this top notch property!

Our family has been through a lot over the last year, and needed some time away together. Our family of 6 (kids 11, 9, 3, & 6 months) all fit well inside the living area. We had everything we needed as far as amenities go. The show stopper was the fenced in back yard pool. Its a real oasis hidden away in the neighborhood area this property sits. We loved our stay and would recommend it for families and couples alike!
