This place was perfect ! Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed . 1 minute walk to beach . Definitely be booking this again .Host was amazing helping with any questions we had . Check in was simple and the kitchen had everything you needed

Solid recommend.

Upsides: Great location, great decor, easy parking, easy beach access.Minor downsides: the AC isn't very strong in the bedroom, and the walls are paper-thin so you can hear anyone in the hall outside the door.

Perfect

My family and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location was perfect. The apartment was so roomy and so so so clean which made it even more comfortable. We didn’t have to reach out to our hosts but they made sure to make it known they were there if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying with them again on our next visit.

I didn't want to leave

This place is a little paradise. I was disappointed when I arrived because it is tucked into a side street with no ocean view. The walk however to the beach and to several places to eat takes minutes. We took early morning and late night walks and it was wonderful. We felt safe, slept like babies and took many day trips feeling happy that this place was our homebase for a week. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Amazing Vacation Rental

We had an amazing time coming here for spring break. The host is very responsive and sent multiple emails to ensure we were enjoying our stay and to verify everything was to our liking. This condo is just a block away from the beach and we enjoyed the little walk to and from the beach every day. We very much enjoyed out stay and look forward to returning one day!

Convenient location to the beach and walking to restaurant and cafes.

Great location, clean, good light and space in second story suite. Thankful our neighboring suites in the building were reasonable family types. If partiers were in adjacent suite. you'd hear everything. Sound travels within this lovely building. The outdoor grills were used, as were the beach chairs snd towels they provide. Very hrlpful. There is a pay laundry downstairs renters may use too! Parking on site, again great location for getting to the beach. Modern interior, comfortable bed, clean!

Great condo and community.

The condo was comfortable and clean. Only thing I would have liked would have been a broom and dustpan in the unit. Brooms, sweeper and mops were available in the utility area but one in the unit would have been very useful for sweeping up sand. Laundry facility was helpful and awesome. We also met many people also staying in the condos who were friendly and fun. Made lots of new friends there. Vadim was very accomdating and helpful. If there was an issue he was quickly available to solve the problem. Beach and restaurants are just a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again.

Indian Rocks

We loved the relaxed atmosphere of this beach community. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway from the typical tourist attractions, this is the spot! Short walk to the beach and minutes away from great seafood restaurants. The property owner was only an email away and responded right away with any questions that we had. They also provided all the beach necessities and made beach days so easy.

Perfect distance to the beach/restaurants!

I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in Vadim's place, Suite B. The location is perfect: We were a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a block or two away from places to eat. The apartment was clean and perfectly suited to up to four guests. The bedroom with one queen was spacious, and the living room/pull-out couch was very comfortable! The office space was a surprise to us and worked perfectly to store luggage or use for changing clothes. We are already making plans to stay here again!

Great Location!

When I plan my trips to Florida, I don't tend to stay at the most glamorous spots because I know that most of my time will be spent out of the house. However, this was not only a great location, but very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The amenities were few compared to others, but you could make due with what was available. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

As described, great deal for our weekend getaway!

Vadim was remarkably prompt with his communication and checked on us daily. We arrived on short notice and were a little early, and he was happy to let us get settled in as soon as he was sure the rental was ready. The place was very clean and there were plenty of beach toys for the kids. I did remove one star for cleanliness as the yard was a little disheveled and the grass was tall, but we honestly didn't spend enough time there for it to matter--most of the other yards in the neighborhood were pretty much the same so it could just be that it was raining a lot before we arrived (true to form for Florida weather during hurricane season). Overall we very much enjoyed our time there and Vadim definitely exceeded our expectations as a host. Great job!

A Great Rental for a Great Vacation

Honestly, we really loved this rental. This was the first time we'd ever used any private rental website to stay anywhere other than a hotel, and our expectations were more than met. The condo was very clean and very nice inside. It looks like everything has been recently updated and is obviously well maintained. We really appreciated the little bonus items they had, like beach chairs, some toys for our daughter to take to the beach, etc. My only complaint is actually about the listing itself, and not the property, and almost everything I have to say is actually positive! There are a number of things that are either missing from the description of the property or are buried in the descriptive paragraphs. First, I'd seen some reviewers note there weren't enough towels. Well, there were more than enough towels, and they even provide beach towels (a fact that is in the description but that I missed so we used precious baggage space to bring beach towels). They provide a couple of the low sitting beach chairs with every apartment. There are numerous wifi routers so you have pretty good reception everywhere. That said, I did have to switch between the Wifi signals depending on if I was in the living room or the bedroom and bathroom areas. There's a smart TV that you can use to log in to your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu accounts and watch TV, and there's also a Bluray player available (we deliberately didn't bring movies because we didn't think there'd be any way to play them). There really needs to be either a broom or a little cordless electric broom in the apartment, though, because no matter how hard you try some sand does make its way in and the tile in the kitchen/bathroom can get a little slick. Our only real complaint was the location, and that's simply because it didn't meet our expectation, not because it was bad. Based on the map settings and the pictures, we honestly thought this was a beachfront property. Maybe the address isn't entered correctly and that's why it shows it being beach front on the map, but it's not, it's a street back, so you have to walk across Gulf Avenue to get to the beach. It's a 3 minute walk, tops, and is maybe a couple hundred yards to the beach. It's not a deal breaker, and we'd seriously consider staying here again, but there was a level of disappointment when we finally got the address and found out it wasn't beach front. I still highly HIGHLY recommend this rental.

Wonderful Beach Location.

Very nice updated place to stay. Very clean and across the street from the beach. Very nice host. Bed was comfortable. We did not cook, but all needed necessities were there.Would highly recommend. Two things I would mention. We stayed a week, and only 2 towels per person. We brought our own also, and there is coin laundry you pay for to do laundry. Also bathtub was very slippery. Need to put a rubber mat down for safety. We went & purchased one from Lowes. Our stay overall was wonderful!
