Beach is amazing here.. Restaurants & shops in walking distance. Property host/mgr Nick was kind and very helpful when called upon. Property was clean and comfortable.

Excellent Location

Great beach cottage with perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The beach is steps away from the front door of the cottage and is wonderful - far quieter than staying up the road at Clearwater Beach and the price can’t be beat. Would absolutely rebook this property in the future.

Indian Rocks trip

The place was great. Just like the pictures. Unfortunately we did not have good weather so we had to spend more time inside than we wanted. The pool could have been a little warmer just because of how cold it was outside. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids. The kids loved the bunk beds.

2021 Vacation

We checked in on Friday Sept. 17, 2021. There was a large party there staying in the cottages. We were not able to get in the pool or use the Pavilion until Sunday afternoon. There were cars every where and 20 people in the spa. Someone scratched the side of my son's SUV. We were able to get a picture from the outside camera. After that every thing went well. Very quite and able to spend time outside and in the spa. Met some very nice tenants staying there. I would book the lodge again as it was very pet friendly and quite. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great visit!

We recently coordinated a weeklong stay for our family of five, plus both sets of our parents and had an excellent stay! We each had our own cottage and spent time together in the outdoor pavilion (which was available to us because we rented the Beach Lodge cabin), heated pool, and beautiful beach. The Arbors are walking distance to restaurants, shops, and CVS. Our cottage had recently been updated and was very clean. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and the property manager, Nick, was great to work with. The beach was quiet and great for walking and running. We will definitely stay at the Arbors again!

Location was great.

Overall the stay was great. Although furniture, bedrooms and bathrooms were outdated. Bathrooms were too small. It was too hot. It felt like the heater was on inside the bathroom. I feel like there could’ve been a good paint job done to the place. The mirror to one of the bathrooms where you put stuff, didn’t close properly. I would’ve like both bathrooms to be inside the bedrooms. I loved the kids bedrooms with the bunk beds but didn’t like it was connected with the master bedroom. And that my kids had to pass by my bedroom to go to the bathroom. Living room was too small. For some reason when I saw the pics I didn’t realize these things. I felt the pics gave me the impression that the condo was bigger. Other than this I loved the walking distance to the beach, I loved the grills, I loved the pool, the beach was awesome. Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed it very much.

False advertising

It is falsely advertised about the oceans views. It is a parking lot view with a minimal glimpse of the ocean. The carpet is beyond cleaning. Try walking on it barefoot it is disgusting. The bedroom that you need to walk through in the description should say is only accessible from the king bedroom with minimal access to walk through so people know that to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk through someone else’s bedroom and barely have room to do it without bumping their bed. The outside eating area by the door not as advertised it was in a parking lot. The grills are rusty and all the grilling utensils rusty. The air conditioning system vents are filthy with dust and mold which is unhealthy it needs to be cleaned as well as the ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The shower tiles were slimy and moldy in the main bathroom. These are not expensive fixes but go along way for people traveling from a distance and just want a clean place to hang their hat. But the property manager Nick was awesome. The king bedroom mattress was like a marshmallow but he got a new one immediately. He answers the phone when you call or text. Nick was the best part of the experience.

Beach Lodge

The property was in a great location. The house is older but very clean and has all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We’d definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Just Ok (Has Potential)

We were two families of four staying in the Lodge Cottage, which sleeps eight. Yes, there are beds to accommodate this amount of people, but nothing else. The living and dining areas were not large enough for all of us. The building is old, and needs some improvements. The mini blinds were bent and broken, and the carpet going upstairs and throughout the bedrooms was really gross. Not many dishes no dishwasher. The pool was incredibly small and shared between all the renters in the cottages. Shuffleboard was shared as well and other renters were playing into the wee hours of the morning. We could hear the people staying next to us clear as day. The covered pavilion was said to be only available to folks staying in the Lodge, however, folks from other units took it over. The Lodge cottage sits very close to the main road, and road work was being performed the day we arrived. Lots of traffic and noise. The cottage was clean upon arrival and there were plenty of towels for all. This place has great potential. New blinds, new carpet or no carpet would help a lot. Perhaps modernizing the kitchen cabinets and installing a small dishwasher would help, too. The path to the beach is very nicely landscaped and beach chairs were provided. There were not enough beach chairs for all tenants at the same time, however. All in all, three stars and we had a great time!

X-MAS VACATION

THIS IS AN OLDER PROPPERTY. BUT THE NEW OWNERS AND MANAGER ARE INVESTING WITH MANY UPGRAGES. NEW POOL WITH NEW WALKWAYS SOME NEW PAINT. LOOKING GOOD. IT IS A SHORT WALK TO AT LEAST SIX OR SEVEN RESTURANTS. INCLUDING A BAKERY. A SHORT WALK TO A BEAUTIFUL BEACH. THERE IS A TROLLEY THAT RUNS UP AND DOWN GULF BLVD $ 5.00 TO RIDE ALL DAY. REALLY RELAXING ANG QUIET. WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK. AND HOPE TO SOON. THE MANAGER NICK WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. EVEN GOT TO MEET THE NEW OWNERS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
