Start up Items

The overall place and stay was wonderful but the kitchen didn't have any paper towels, trash bags, soap (dish or dishwasher), dish towels, or a dish cloth. I understand I'm responsible for providing additional disposable products as needed but there weren't even any small amounts to even start with and I had to buy a dish towel and dish cloth.

Good experience

Great visit to Florida. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. We found plenty of restaurants that had re-opened since the Fall hurricane and also made good use of the huge pool & patio area

Shower access and safety

We booked this condo because of the the shower seat seen in the photo. My husband is handicapped. There was no shower safety bar. The shower head was replaced by management with one having a long hose.

Long overdue vacation

Beautiful condo that was supplied with everything we needed. Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy walks to restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Would highly recommend this condo.

Roomy with nice amenities and ocean view

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was spacious and clean. The furniture was very nice, king bed was cozy, updated kitchen and bathroom. Only improvement needed is the front door locks need to be replaced. We had a difficult time locking the door and required a maintenance man to come and show me some "tips".

Absolutely gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

Great Vacation!!

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer unit or easier booking process for our Florida vacation! It was so clean and in a great location! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each day and looking at the ocean!! We plan on staying here again in the future!!

Perfect for couples

Condo was clean as advertised well stocked with appliances. The view was spectacular and we had great weather. The only drawback was the keys, the door lock was extremely difficult to open and definitely needs to be replaced. All in all I experience was good.

Great place

The place is bigger than the pictures show. Nice remodeling job of the bathroom and kitchen. The view is spectacular and the balcony is perfect. The pool deck is one of the best in the area. The beach location is perfect. Just a couple items that need to be fixed. Ceiling fan needs to be balanced and the screen doors are difficult to operate. The door lock is very difficult to operate. The unit location is not clearly marked so it took awhile to find the unit when arriving late without directions and the map they give you is useless. Last, could use a few more kitchen items. Limited silverware and some items need to be replaced. Other than that, I would recommend this for couples.

Beach Cottages II - Room 2405

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The only thing that I might suggest is that main door into the condo be cleaned up a bit. It looks like it's had several locks replaced (so several holes in that area). Bed was a little hard for our liking, but really no complaints. Had a great time and would definitely consider staying in this room again.
