Our condo was very nice and had plenty of room for all of us along with the amenities we needed. Eric was very helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed on more than one occasion and that everything was to our satisfaction. Quiet area that we stayed footsteps to the beach It was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. We will be back.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! Each day, we walked out on the beach early and gathered shells thanks to the great location! It’s also very close to everything. The condo was clean and host was extremely communicative.

We had an incredible stay at this beach condo and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing host. From the moment we booked the communication was top-notch -- prompt, clear and incredibly helpful. Every question we had was answered quickly and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests experience. Property was spotless, well equipped and exactly as described. View from porch, as well as the short walk to the beach was better than expected. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. We can't recommend this rental highly enough and will be returning. So glad we chose this for our family vacation!

Great Stay!!

Eric and Jen was wonderful, the condo was perfect, fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, kitchen and comfort. Pool area was nice with lots of chairs and gas grills. This condo was perfect for our family of 7.

Eric and Jen were perfect hosts! Just a text away. We loved the condo and how it over looked the pool. The balcony was a perfect place to relax while listening and watching the ocean! The condo was just as described and was filled with so many helpful items to aide a day on the beach, making meals, and to accommodate our grandchildren on a rainy inside day. We loved how close it was to John’s Pass. We especially enjoyed the Pirate’s Voyage and shopping. The Conch Republic was our favorite restaurant. Thank you Eric and Jen for sharing your beautiful place with us!

April school vacation week

The condo was an easy 25min drive from PIE (which was smaller and much easier than past experiences at TPA). We enjoyed the options of pool and ocean at different times of the day and never found either too crowded. The Gulf was really warm and comfortable for swimming and playing in the waves. We appreciated the good quality beach towels, chairs (including the owners replacing 2 right away that we found were broken), and umbrella that were available for use in the condo (plus other beach toys). With 5 people, we found it helpful having two showers and a washer/dryer in the condo. For other activities, we drove to Busch Gardens one day, did a great dolphin/sunset boat trip on Little Toot from Clearwater Marina, Dali Museum in St Pete and mini-golf in Indian Rocks Beach. A great week with excellent hosts!

Vacationing on the Gulf

The property was very clean and well stocked with linens. Furniture was comfortable and TVs worked well. Beautiful view of the gulf. The owner was the best we’ve ever had for welcoming us.

Indian Shores Beachfront Condo

A very nice condo unit in a well kept building fronting a quiet beach. The pool and hot tub are not large, but heated just right. The pool area is very large with plenty of room for guests to sunbath. The location is great, with easy driving access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. All in all, a very good place for a vacation.

Wonderful rental

We really enjoyed this rental. The beach was quiet and the rental had everything we needed to enjoy it. Including beach chairs, toys, and baby floats for the pool. The rental itself was very clean and had very comfortable beds.

Ultra-clean, amazingly helpful

The single most 'you can relax' factor to us is if the place is clean. We were delighted to find this property IMMACULATE. No Cheerios under the coffee-table, no dust behind the door. We were delayed in getting out of town due to hurricane. Eric was super helpful by recommending a great place *close enough* to the airport to make more affordable. Very appreciated!

Best vacation

Wonderful time with family (kids 7 and 9) and parents (elderly)- the walks on the beach, the gorgeous water- with many dolphin sightings. Pool and hot tub- were great. Plenty of restaurants around- salt rock grill and crabby bills our favorites. The owners were attentive and looked to every need, responsive and always available. We all had the absolute best time!!!

Fabulous condo extremely clean. Everything you need to have a great stay. Parking was easy and close. Elevator works properly and several carts to move luggage were available. Beach and pool area very clean and quiet. Condo was just perfect.

Awesome Vacation!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first. The condo is very spacious, well-appointed and very clean. There are beach towels, toys, a beach wagon and cooler available for use. It is very nice that you don't have to pack or purchase these things when you get there! The owner is very responsive to any calls or questions. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. We plan on returning next year!

Family beach weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Cottages! The place was clean, roomy and well equipped including beach towels, beach chairs & a wagon to carry everything! Beach was not crowded at all, and the premises was clean and very secure. The pool area was great, with gas grills for pool side dining. I highly recommend this property, and plan on returning next year. Eric & Jen were exceptional at addressing any questions or concerns about their place, without delay.
