Engagement party

We had a surprise engagement party for our son and is fiancee. This was the PERFECT setting! Joanie and VRBO did an outstanding job from step one, until the end. There is NOTHING negative to say about this experience. DO NOT hesitate to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't have been more pleased with this house. An absolutely amazing place fit for kings and Queens. Service was top notch as well. We had some minor difficulties with the AV system but Joanie and Jenn were there within minutes to straighten us out.

Gorgeous House and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house amenities and furnishing are gorgeous! The location and view are wonderful! Family huge Ohio State fans, so the the mural was admired by all! We had a few maintenance issues like the front door and upstairs bedroom knobs falling off, but they sent someone over to fix right away. Half of the grill didn't work and then the ice maker was turned off when we were there. We didn't notice it was turned off till we needed the ice, which was a bummer. I believe it was turned off because the filter was at 2% and warning it needed to be changed. It was a great vacation! There were just some maintenance issues that were unfortunate.

One change I would suggest is putting a larger bed in the 4th bedroom to accommodate at least a couple. Perhaps this only applies to us but for that size house my only issue was where to put married couples. Truly had a wonderful visit.

Great house - poorly maintained

Lots of issues from not enough beds as advertised, pool heating not working , not enough cups, spoons , wine glasses etc etc . 2 TV’s not working. Beach Time Rentals the house managers mainly responsible for causing and solving the problems have now ghosted me about a refund.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great experience. I rented this house as a present for my friends. They had gone through a tough year and needed a break. Four of us stayed in the house (grandmother - age 74, daughter - age 40, me – age 61 and grandson – age 3). My friends live in Florida and I flew down from NY. I loaded everyone in the car and off we went, sight unseen to our adventure. I was a bit nervous because I had never actually seen the house and wanted things to be perfect. PERFECT it was. The house was beautiful, the view was spectacular, the location is residential, safe and secure. This isn't a party house that is next to a bars and hotels - this is an upscale family house that is quiet. The beach is truly two blocks away if you like sand, water and sun. I stayed at the house most of the time with no desire to leave. We had rain for four of the days but it was no problem, even for a 3-year old. There was enough to experience. The house is fully equipped with TV’s, and games. There is a 2nd floor room that is great for kids. Lots of outside seating and a full laundry room which I kept busy with wet towels with all the rain. The property and the house are just as the photos reveal – even better. If you are looking for an exceptional experience to get away - look no further. This is the place for you.

Walking distance to the beach, but our kids primarily enjoyed the heated pool. We had six travelers, but the house easily could have accommodated two families with plenty of room. We would absolutely stay again.

Expectations exceeded!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was everything as described and more! There were so many more “extras” that weren’t even listed in the description. Such as: toys and games for the kids, beach items to use (chairs, folding wagon, beach toys, boards, floaties), an abundance of beach/pool towels. Literally, everything imaginable to make our stay unforgettable. The property manager we had the pleasure to work with was Heidi and she went above and beyond! Very friendly and attentive. The walk to the beach was short and manageable (even with twin 4 year olds!). The views from the balconies were wonderful and we spotted dolphins several mornings! Highly recommend this beautiful home for a family wanting to have plenty of space and luxurious surroundings for their next vacation!

Just Amazing!!!

What can I say....From the moment we pulled in the driveway to entering the home was just breathtaking. The location is perfect with just a few blocks from Indian Rocks beach that’s a relatively quiet location. The house sits on the Harbor with amazing views (saw dolphins everyday). The house itself is just awesome! Plenty of space for 10 of us with every creature comfort you need. Bedrooms and beds are super comfortable. Showers are very cool and good water pressure. Details said to bring own beach towels but rest assure there are plenty! The outside pool area has plenty of seating and areas for shade or sun. The pool is very warm and the spa at night was perfect! I don’t think you could decorate a house any better than this one...Just beautiful. Beach Time Rentals was fantastic to deal with. I was nervous considering no previous reviews but Beach Time Rentals made the process and experience great! They contact you immediately and keep in touch up to the point of check-in (actually got us in four hours early). Just a pleasure to deal with. Only negative and not a real big deal but I believe everything with the house is monitored by camera and sensors as you can see the camera follow movement outside and we did receive a call about a gas fire heater being on outside. With a house this nice I can understand but some visitors may not like giving up some privacy. Our group got used to it and it was fine. The litmus test is would we come back....100% yes!!!
