Nunca el personal de FLORIDA rental se preocupo por qué yo entendiera sus mensajes. Yo debía utilizar siquiera Google traslator. Yo debía hacerlo, y si me dejaron claro siempre todo lo que podría ser costo adicional. El resto bien.

Hurricane Evacuation

The property was clean, but a little tired. Sliding door did not close, leaving me with an uneasy feeling. Mattress was extremely soft. Overall though, it was fine for the brief time, then having to evacuate due to Ian.

This property had a few issues that could have easily been taken care of by the management company if they tried a little harder 3 shutter flaps are broken, I had to tell the maintenance man how to fix the sliding door catch that is mentioned in a lot of reviews it just needed adjusting, there is a dish sink but no plug, we asked for one but it did not arrive, the back was missing from the remote I found it under the seat along with someones hat and speedos, there is no smoking (I am a non smoker) within 10 feet of the property unless you are the building manager!! who sat in the picnic table for a cigarette! the cooker is showing its age the refrigerator is rusty on the outside (come on guys I tin of paint needed) and the windows are dirty and full of paint splashes And please please change the disgusting cushions with stains BUT PERSONALLY IF YOU CAN GET OVER THESE FEW THINGS ITS GREAT! The AC unit has been updated to a very modern one with remote, the Sunrise can be witnessed from your balcony, you have an allotted parking space, the laundry room is outside your door and so is the lift, the unit is comfortable and pleasant, you are situated outside the new clearwater beach concrete jungle but it is within walking distance and the last good breakfast cafe is within 3 minutes walk we would defiantly stay here again

Nice location. Beware of parking, our car got towed from the condo lot

Location is the best thing about this place. Cleanliness was poor as the shower liner was so dirty it look like chocolate pudding on the inside. I have photos to back this up. Dirty towel from previous tenants was still in the bathroom. Our car was towed from the condo parking lot. Long story short, management did nothing and I was out $150. Was never given a parking pass. Will it stay here again.

Get Away

We liked the location very much along with convenient parking. We liked the quiet privacy along with the nice warm pool. There were some distractions. no hangers in closet; only one bath towel for 8 days; poor kitchen lighting; loud AC fan ran 24/7; no kitchen sink stopper; could have used some written instructions for the TV and door locks. The bathroom and kitchen were outdated. Overall, we liked the place and would consider renting it again.

Amazing, wonderful overlook of the water. Friendly folks all around and great food. Very amazing bridges with water EVERYWHERE. 1st Timer. But not the last time.

Property is a long walk to the beach, they have attempted some updating however the bathroom needs a total remodel, air conditioner is very loud, screen door on patio door is somewhat functional, no lock on patio door. 4 hangers were supplied. Towels are nice however. If you happen to park in the wrong parking spot you will not be notified of your mistake to correct, your car will be towed. Overall a terrible experience.

beach vacation

property was nice and quiet. Nice pool though a little to much shade for my liking. Prooperty manager was friendly and helpful. However, the location was way farther from the beach than listed. I was with my husband who is not able to walk any distances so we ended up having to drive to the beach instead of walking as we expected to be able to do. Our patio door on the second floor, however, had a broken lock. We only stayed 2 nights so I didn't get a chance to address it with the manager. Hopefully, it was be fixed for the future occupants.

Great place for a couple

The place is small but it’s perfect for a couple. We didn’t spend much time in the room, as we were out enjoying the town, but when we were there it had everything we needed. We were quite comfy and would absolutely stay again should we return in the future.

Very Nice Studio short drive to Clearwater Beach

Nice Studio. It was clean. Towels smelled great. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. The lights were unplugged when we arrived, but figured it out and Maintenance was extremely responsive. There was a small beach umbrella. No wagon to hull beach stuff so best to drive the 12 (?) Blocks to the beach. Parking was $3 per hour. You can rent 2 lounges and Cabana for $40 all day. No smoking in room or balcony. If you are more than average size people it might be a little tight for you. We had a nice time. Great rate. Way better than a hotel.

Condo was nice, but could use some tlc cleaning. The wall behind the couch needs to be cleaned , dust is stuck to the walls and the ceiling in this area also had dust bunnies hanging from it. The refrigerator was noisy, fan rattled all night.
