    We are offering a ground single level beach home that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This home is just 3 blocks which is a 5 minute walk to the beach.

    We have worked very hard to offer a unique beach house that will give you lasting memories that you will want to come back to. The home offers 2 patio areas. One that you can barbecue on stainless steel high end grill, patio set, hammock, rocking chair and much more. The other you can relax off the dining room area with the bamboo trees giving you shade. There is a carport to park your vehicle and plenty of driveway and side drive parking. The house is approximately 1700 square feet to enjoy.

    All the furnishings are high end quality. The kitchen is huge with open concept to the dining and living room.

    Whether you want to watch the large screen smart TV or just enjoy a meal that you prepared in the amazing kitchen there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. All of your needed utensils, dishes, pots pans, silverware etc. are here. It has stainless steel appliances, granite counter seating for 4. The table will sit 6 people.

    There are 3 bedrooms. One that has a queen size bed with high end mattress. One that has a king size pillow top mattress. The other has a queen size mattress with twin bunk beds. There is a queen size scan design sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have step in showers.

    Redington Beach is the unique place that you can slow the pace and enjoy the amazing beaches without the crowds. Just a few miles south is John's Pass with endless shopping and dining options, water sports rentals, and nightlife. Redington Beach overflows with coastal charm. . While recognized for its residential ambiance, it offers the perfect blend of restaurants, shopping and water activities.

    Local dining favorites include the Frog Pond, Wahoos, Conch Republic, V Cibo Italian restaurant, Sweet Sage Cafe all within walking distance.

Better than advertised

We had a fantastic stay & found the property to be even better than what’s pictured/described. Very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Couple blocks to the beach & a manageable walk to restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Perfect visit

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. The house had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Was an easy walk to several restaurants. Stayed for 24 nights/days and rarely used the car. Yoga on the beach every morning and wine at sunset. Very relaxing. Who could ask for more!! Hope to return very soon.

Wonderful stay

This charming family-owned home was very clean and the kitchen was modern and well-equipped. The wifi signal was excellent and allowed me to work remotely. We enjoyed the backyard grill and hammock and seating out front. One of the two bathrooms is quite small but does have a shower so was fine. We arrived on a Sunday night to a toilet leak in that bath, but the owner very quickly repaired it on Monday. The walk to the gulf is an easy couple blocks and the beach is lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property, exactly what we needed

We needed a house with lots of beds for a long weekend guys getaway (5 responsible adult men who graduated college with each other 20yrs ago) and found this property. It was a great property and completely met our needs. It's in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, with ample indoor and outdoor areas to gather. Good: Patio area to sit and eat or have a few drinks Large fenced backyard, we played Cornhole Well equipped, sheets, beach equipment, wagon, chairs, kitchen stuff, etc Less than a quarter mile walk to the beach 1mi or so to the grocery store Clean house, cold AC Bad: There is NOTHING within a mile so don't expect to be able to walk to a bar or restaurant. Drive or Uber everywhere. In fact, we talked with some neighbors who told us there's technically a city ordinance against short term rentals and they're not allowed to do less than 6 months but these were "flying under the radar" Communication wasn't the best. No welcome email. I had to message to get check in information (I should have been contacted rather than me having to reach out) and the day off arrival I sent half a dozen messages, all which were ignored and I never got a response. No communication after check out. This property required me to put down a huge deposit also, which was disappointing and was held from booking, months in advance, until 2+ weeks after the start. It was frustrating to find a property we wanted to stay and then at checkout find a double deposit which more than doubled the price of the stay. Not sure who is responsible for this policy, the owner or VRBO. None of these items necessarily ruined our stay and we still recommend and would stay again, but it's important for a balanced review.

great spot near the beach

This house held a family reunion gathering just perfectly. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space, especially the front porch where we ate all of our meals. The easy walk to the beach meant trips happened back and forth all day. Appreciated the extras offered at the house - wagon, chairs, towels, and even bikes. This getaway will give us fond memories of cherished time together - thanks for allowing us to use your home!

Great property nice owner

The house is very clean and well kept. Just a few blocks from the beach. The owner had chairs and umbrellas but for a larger group bring more of both of each item. The AC unit is very good, refrigerator top notch. The beds were comfortable but bring a extra blanket and maybe a pillow. Owner is a very nice person easy to work with for your stay folks. Landscaping is really beautiful. Oh also bathrooms very nice and modern.

Great getaway!

Needed a place to relax with family after battling cancer for 6 months of chemo. The place was at a perfect location with couple minutes to beach and quiet neighborhood. The house was setup with everything we needed. Great job by the host. None of the family wanted to leave.

A wonderful place to stay!

What a great place! A quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious and well stocked. It was a 5 minute walk to a very quiet and beautiful beach area. There was a Publix a few miles away, which made restocking a breeze when needed. It was so nice to have beach accessories (a bag of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to haul with) available to use if we wanted! The back yard was cute and the grill was nice to be able to make dinner with. Would definitely stay here again!
