10 out of 10 would recommend!! We loved this place! Its so awesome to be on ground floor with just a few steps to the beach and our vehicles. I was concerned there was only one parking spot per a couple other reviews but I can assure you- we fit 2 mid size SUV's in the small driveway easily. The house was clean and comfortable, the host was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable. The house was stocked with beach towels and an awesome array of beach stuff- especially for if you are flying in! They had quality beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, wagons, and toys!! The bunk room also had a baby The kitchen is well stocked also. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice privacy on the beach

The location is great and very unique. We really liked the privacy instead of the condo building type setup that is mostly common for this area. Having the beach steps from our door was amazing and super convenient.

Better than a 5 star evaluation

This was a terrific place. We were hosting our kids and grandkids and it was perfect. The home was extremely well equipped. The layout was ideal for our group. The hosts were incredibly responsive. All in all it was a perfect rental.

Couldn't ask for more!

Before our stay, the owner was super responsive to a few questions we had. We were wowed by the property when we got there. It has one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever seen. Super clean and updated home. Great patio just outside the unit with access to another overlooking the water. Literally a one-minute walk to the beach. The area has some close-by restaurants/bars that were awesome, too. I highly recommend this area and this property, in particular. We would go again.

Awesome girls beach getaway

My sisters and I celebrated my 50th at this lovely beach house. We loved every second of sunsets, beach walks, and relaxing. The house was well stocked and we needed for nothing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful but not what we ecxpected

Beautiful unit but no private balcony that will allow multiple people to sit and watch the ocean. For clarification this unit is on the back side of several other units. The people were incredible! Very comfortable.

Wonderful listing just steps from the beach

3 of us stayed at this wonderful beach rental. My 90 year old mom sat on the patio and felt like she was "On the Beach" with it being so close. The inside of the rental looked exactly like the pictures. New kitchen with all the dishes, flatware, pots & pans would accommodate a large group. Would definitely rent again and will share this rental with friends & family. Owners were very accessible and responded quickly to questions.

This property was immaculate, well stocked and steps to the beautiful beach. One thing we were not aware of, was parking only for 1 car! This was a problem due to permit parking & limited "beach parking" in our parking lot.

Steps to the beach!!

YES I would recommend this property. We would love to stay again. House is adorable, SUPER well equipped, and the literally steps to a gorgeous beach. Host was SO responsive and helpful! The ONLY thing to note for potential guests, is that there is only ONE parking spot and the listing does NOT say that. Even under parking, there's no indication that there's one spot. If you have more than one set of adults, this is tricky. Leaving and trying to navigate having a public parking spot is tricky. We made it work but it did deter us from leaving as much as we wanted to. Again, NOT a reason to not stay here as the house is wonderful and the host is so kind. Thank you for having our family!

Perfect stay for a family

This is my second time back to this property. It's perfect if you're looking for a beachside place that includes so many great amenities. We slept comfortably there with my wife and I, my in-laws and two kids 5 and 7. The patio deck and small driveway for a car are awesome to have. To sum it up, when we arrived my youngest walked in the door and said, "aahhhh, home sweet home".

Wonderful accommodations

The location was fabulous and it truly is a few yards to the heach. The listing is 100% accurate. It worked so well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of beach chairs and toys. Parking for more than 1 car is a challege, but we made it work out. It appears the deck has new flooring and furniture based on pictures. Great place to watch sunsets! Our family had so much fun. It's a lovely property.

Wonderful hosts, such a great lady! Fast communication! Gorgeous location! Wish it wasn’t 60 when we were there lol. But the beds were comfy and house was stocked with starter items!!! Had everything we needed! Thank you so much, hope we can stay again with better weather :)

AMAZING house!

This truly is a hidden gem! We had the most amazing experience. The pictures and online description is all that and more. It is the perfect location and truly 30 second walk to the beach and perfect deck for sunset view. We will be back!

Absolutely Gorgeous home!

We loved this home, great for families, they supplied everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The location to the beach was perfect, just a few steps. The beach was beautiful and on the quiet area of the beach. Ana was always quick to respond to my questions and was so sweet and accommodating with some requests we had. BEAUTIFUL CONDO - GREAT LOCATION

If you're looking for the perfect get-away, this is the place. You are about 50 steps from the beach, plus you have yor own private deck that faces the Gulf. There is a wonderful Italian Restaurant right across the street (Casa Italia) and a great place for Breakfast 3 blocks away (Sandy's). The condo was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor and furnishings were top notch. Four of us stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location & Amazing Unit!

This property was exactly what our family needed for this long weekend before going back to school! The unit was AMAZINGLY clean and fresh and inviting! Loved the walkability to the beach and just had a wonderful time :-)
