Bestie Family Vacation

The house was exactly what we needed for our get away days. Was better than starter stocked on products. House was clean, linens clean, plenty of beach towels. We cooked breakfast every day and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer are always a huge plus. The shared pool could have used a cleaning but my crew really enjoyed it everyday after the beach. The beach is a super quick, easy walk. Lots of chairs provided in the garage, we did not find any bikes like it said in the listing, we flew in and my daughter had looked forward to riding. We have stayed at lots of rentals in this area and would stay here again especially if we had a larger group since there are other rentals all together. We adore Sunset Beach. Christine was so easy to work with and responded to messages fast and easy, they were very attentive.

Great place

Couldn't be closer to the beach. Quiet community but still close (by car) to shopping, restaurants and everything else in St Pete's Beach. Loved the pool area and laundry, as well.

Excellent stay!

We loved every thing about our stay! The house was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun vacation! The location just can't be beat, and Christine is simply the best host! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the garage was stocked with beach toys, wagons, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a canopy for the beach which was literally across the street from the house! After a long day at the beach it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return! Thank you Christine, for being such an amazing host!

Perfect place for families

This booking had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location and set up of the property makes it so easy to go back and forth between the pool and beach. The kids loved the pool and all the water toys! We will definitely book again!

Thanksgiving vacation

The weather didn’t cooperate but the six of us had plenty of room to spread out to do other things inside. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and glasses for all sorts of drinks. The only drawback was that the pool was listed as heated and it was not. Our three and five year olds were disappointed that they could not play in the pool. With the temperatures in the 60’s, they could not use the pool at all. We feel the owners should have to told us about the heater not working.

Wonderful place, Great location

Perfect for our families of 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean place, nice decor. Plenty of towels, beach/pool equipment. Super easy access to the beach. Pool and hot tub were excellent. We had a great time.

Great place to stay near beach!

Terrific owners…… personable and great communication. Location to beach is wonderful and private pool and hot tub a plus. Loads of beach items for the family. Towels etc well stocked. Bathrooms are tight but fine for all the other amenities. Photos are accurate and beds in both larger bedrooms very comfortable. Loads of stores and restaurants near by. Very safe area. More of older crowd than younger and less traffic than places like Siesta Key. We’d love to stay again in the future. Thank you to some of the best renters we’ve experienced.

Wonderful Family Vacation Rental

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house is across the street from the beach and all the beach toys (including chairs, coolers, etc.) made it so convenient! On the days we didn’t go to the beach, the heated pool and hot tub at the property were great! We loved our stay and Jason was so communicative which was so wonderful!

Christmas Vacation

We traveled with family for the holidays and enjoyed our stay very much. It was a bit tight for 8 people, but loved having space outside to spread out. The pool was lovely and the beach was SO close!

Perfect location and layout for groups

Stayed here with our family and 4 additional teens. We rented the 3 bedroom downstairs but the entire home allows for 2 more private bedrooms upstairs if needed. Clean, quiet and a perfect setup. The property shares the pool with one or two others rentals. Our kids wound up making friends with some of the other guests. Easy access to beach, Caddy’s, and they had all you needed on site. Jason was great to work with. We’ll be back!

Wonderful property

We were visiting the area for a wedding and absolutely loved everything about the property. The house was spotless and well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. The pool area was amazing and perfect for our family. We were lucky that we pretty much had the pool area to ourselves. The beach is literally across the street, which isn’t a busy road to have to cross. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

If you're not staying here. You're missing out. The house was great. The pool is a great touch. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the house (Yes I timed it!!). Our host was great. We'll be back!

Great Place for Family Vacation

This is our second year vacationing at this location. It fits our family perfectly! There’s plenty of room, the beach across the street, and the pool to cool down in. We love this location and we plan to come again next year! Hopefully next year, more family will come along and stay at some of the smaller homes that surround the pool. Overall, another great vacation in the books! Thank you!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. House was perfect for 3 couples, all the amenities you ever wanted were provided. Walk across the street to a beautiful beach was a real pleasure and it was so great that they provided beach chairs and other beach supplies. The pool area was a bonus to relax and play cards in the shade. The house is very up to date, lots of TV's , very clean, plenty of towels and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The owners were awesome. We look forward to returning to this great beach house! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for Us

The home was spotless and decorated so beautifully. Even the bathrooms were gorgeous. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 6-13 years old. We had plenty of room. We didn't have any issues. We loved the pool area. The pool and hot tub were great, along with the grills, plenty of chairs/tables, and the storage room with the available beach chairs and such. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, right across the street. You can see the crosswalk from the driveway. The beach was great, not crowded and the water was so calm and clear. Our boys did not like that, but the adults did. They wanted waves for their boogie boards lol. It is so close to lots of things, such as Caddys, which is right down the road and is delicious with a great view while you eat. We would definitely book again.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

Our vacation was awesome. Artemis, the house keeper, was more than kind enough to walk us around the property, showing us the ins and outs. She was very friendly and helpful. There was enough room for all of us. We loved having access to the beach, and the pool, which gave us choices. Everything was well stocked and allowed us to truly enjoy our stay. We will be staying again in the future. Thank you for everything! It’s a beautiful place and location! Until we meet again!

Our January stay at Sunset Point was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The common pool area offered plenty of comfy seating for lounging and dining outside. The kids loved playing in the pool. It was like staying at our own private resort. The garage stocked with all kinds of beach toys, chairs, floats, bikes, coolers, etc. was a really thoughtful touch . The uncrowded beach is just a short walk across the street and Caddy's restaurant just a stroll down the beach. This would be a great place for a family get together. We really enjoyed our time at this property!
