Wonderful
After staying here for the past 4 weeks I can say without reservation that it has been wonderful. Property is very well furnished with comfortable beds, chairs and couches.The unit is well equipped with anything that you might need.The owner has been exceptionally easy to contact and deal with. He has been very accommodating and receptive to our needs.We knew this before we rented, but just so others are aware, the swimming pool is not open yet and there is work being done on the balconies. All of this leftover from the hurricanes.The beach however has been wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best condo ever!
This was the best condo we have ever rented. Our host was fantastic. Thanks Sean! The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and new furniture in many rooms. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could ever need. The location in right on the beach with easy access to several restaurants close by and a short ride to shopping.

Holiday getaway
This beachfront condo was the perfect getaway for our family (furry friend included). The gulf coast sunsets were spectacular, the beach was private and pristine, and restaurants just a short stroll away. The unit was fully stocked — from beach towels to bowls for my dog! Sean was beyond hospitable, incredibly generous and so responsive. I highly recommend this Redington refuge to anyone looking for a relaxing vacay, or a place to work remotely for awhile with a change of scenery!

Beautiful area. Perfect quiet private beach. Condo was stocked with all cooking essentials. Enough bedding blankets and towels. Amazing picturesque sunsets. Everything needed for a perfect vacation!!

I miss the sound of the gulf - absolutely loved the condo
Excellent location with great sunsets, comfortable atmosphere, with private pool on the beach 🏖. Kitchen was perfect and private parking. It was relaxing spending the entire month of January at Redington Place. Sean was very attentive and an excellent experience. 5 Star stay

You'll Be Sorry if You Don't Rent this Condo!
We rented this beachfront condo for month and it was the perfect getaway vacation. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and had every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! Steps to the pool, incredible sunsets every night on the balcony and super convenient parking. You can walk to numerous shops, restaurants and bars, and there's even a grocery store minutes away. The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to rent this condo over and over!

A perfect place for us

Nice Stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful and Sean was very responsive. The drawback is that the bathrooms are dated, some things were broken or damaged, and the initial cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been. We communicated all this information to Sean, and he is going to look into replacing or fixing those items. Once that is done, it will be great.

Awesome condo!
Amazing gulf front condo, updated, beautiful, comfy, family friendly, owner available with any questions or concerns....what more can I say. We stayed there July 2019.....beautiful condo and beach. Also, the owner had boxes full of necessities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. sent from amazon for us. :).
I definitely recommend this condo!!!!

Wonderful stay!
We spent almost 6 weeks at Redington Place and had a great stay. The pool and pool area was kept exceptionally clean. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. Really liked the washer and dryer in the unit. Spent many hours on the balcony watching the gulf and gorgeous sunsets. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem is there is no light for the dining table. Otherwise really enjoyable!

Nicely located property!
My father rented this beachfront property for a month and had a great time! The unit balcony had a great view for sundown every evening. Easy access to the beach was wonderful for daily walking. There were good restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself was very clean and the furniture and washer and dryer were new. The tile floor was easy to keep clean. They provided almost everything we needed especially lots of towels and linens. We would definitely rent this property again.
