We had an incredible time at this beach house. Unbeatable location in Indian Rocks Beach, right on the beach and just a five minute walk to multiple bars and restaurants. The house is great for larger groups, we had 10 and still had ample space. Would absolutely rebook in the future.

Beach stay

This property has all of the features we were looking for in our beach vacation. We are a large group and it is very hard to find properties on the beach that can accommodate all of us. This space had all of the room we needed and we were directly on the beach. Perfect for access and sunsets. In addition to the bedroom space, the dining and living space was big enough for us all to be together. We would definitely book again.

Perfect Spot for Our Company Anniversary Weekend

We booked this beach house for a quick 2-night stay to celebrate our company’s anniversary, and it ended up being the perfect choice. While the home isn’t newly renovated or ultra-modern, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable weekend.The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, with gorgeous views and the kind of peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and reconnect as a team. Plenty of space to hang out, unwind, and enjoy meals together.The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. If you're looking for a no-fuss, beachfront getaway that delivers on location and good vibes, this is it. We’d absolutely come back!

This house was perfect for a large family. The host was very flexible and helpful. I was very impressed with even the smaller amenities provided that often times get overlooked. We had plenty of beach towels, bathroom and kitchen towels, along with trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. It was nice not to have run out of that stuff after the first couple hours of being there. Beautiful location right one the beach and walkable to a number of restaurants. Would definitiely stay again.

Bugs in the beds and lies about the bed count

The property advertised 12 beds in 6 bedrooms, but there were only 10 beds/futons. This is a huge deal. The host is materially misrepresenting the amount of beds in two of the bedrooms. We went with 12 guys for a birthday party and did not have 12 beds to sleep in which made the trip uncomfortable for everyone. (Picture 7)There were over a dozen bugs crawling around in multiple beds. It was a disgusting experience that cost well over 1,000/night. (Picture 1-5)When I asked about the roof access which was blocked off, but no mention of being inaccessible in the listing I was greeted with a very rude message (picture 8)Even if it was free I would not stay here.

Graduation celebration

Needed a place to stay for granddaughter’s law school graduation at Stetson in Gulfport. We absolutely loved the house and the amazing location. The house was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The location on the beach was perfect, I would call it a rare find. We hope to visit again when we can stay longer. Everything was perfect wouldn’t change a thing!

Boys weekend on the beach

I won't stay anywhere else in the Tampa area with a large group. This place was amazing. Exactly what the listing shows - a well maintained property and the backyard is the beach. Check in was flawless - we only needed to ask 1 question through the stay and that was answered and solved promptly. I will be returning to this place (even if I don't have a large group). You just can't beat it.

Adult get together

Perfect location for a group of friends getting together. Evening sunsets amazing. Very spacious. Upstairs loft can get a bit warm but other than that it was exactly what we wanted.

Incredible location, great for large families

My extended family of all ages stayed at this house for the 4th of July holiday week. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The beach area is beautiful and well maintained, and our family loved spending time together on the patio. The accommodations are a bit outdated and the plumbing needed attention during our visit, but overall the location made up for it. It is within walking distance to plenty of shopping, bars, and restaurants.

Awesome Beach House

This beach house is absolutely wonderful. It’s very large, equipped with everything you need, and the owner is very responsive. Not to mention the huge supply of beach towels and plenty of chairs. We loved hanging out on the rooftop. It was such a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups.

Stay at Indian Rocks

There was 12 adults staying at the house. Andrew was very accommodating with everything. House was clean even though I had a few adults that bombarded his cleaning staff. Andrew was very accommodating with letting us check in early. Everything was exactly how it was described in the house. I couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Indian Rocks Beach

This was an amazing house for our family and friends! It was right on the beach and exactly as described The views were spectacular from downstairs and upstairs And everything you need was in walking distance...beach a few steps from the house and restaurants and stores all within a few minutes from the house A perfect weekend getaway!

Indian Rocks Beach Trip

Property is right on the beach. It’s right down the street from many restaurants and shops. Our 11 person family totally enjoyed staying here. It had two separate living areas so the kids could play videos etc in one area, and the grown ups could relax in the other till bedtime. We’re able to spread out from the grandchildren. Ha. Highly recommend. We will come again.

Great location and plenty of space for a big family

Property was as described in the listing. We love this location because it's a more private part of the beach, but you can still easily walk to a bunch of restaurants in under 1/2 miles.

Excellent Location!

This property was a great place for a family vacation. The upstairs is separate which was awesome for our adult children and a king and queen bed on the main floor worked great for the grand parents. Plenty of space, bathrooms, beds, and steps from the ocean! I would give this place a five star if the propane grill was in better condition. There is however a charcoal grill available. Thank you for the beach chairs and beach umbrella! Also a picnic table outside for sunset meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Water was cool and clear. Perfect beach for younger children as it was shallow and calm. Spacious as it can sleep 16 people as advertised. Perfect for large families. However, house was very dated and could use an upgrade. Still has carpet. Had that old salty air smell. Main house with Master bath had slow drain and plumbing issues but upstairs loft had great water pressure. Need a new barbecue gas grill. Very deteriorated. Need a large blue recycle bin Careful for noseeums at dusk!!!! Host Andrew was amazing as he was willing to make a special accommodation for our family pet. Luckily found a dog sitter. No dogs allowed on beach. Overall we had a great time as we spent most time outdoors and on the beach. Indian Rock rocks!
