Spring break 2025

Our stay could not have been more perfect. Everything was very clean and fresh. The location to the beach is right across the street and all of the rooms being centered around the pool worked out well when you have adult hand children.

Great location, clean, great communication!

We enjoyed our stay! The communication we received was prompt & accurate. We were in #11, which was clean and matched the description we were given. We love the beach and it is an easy walk! Having access to beach chairs, umbrella & other items is icing on the cake. We love having those amenities when staying near the beach. We walked to John’s Pass boardwalk easily & enjoyed the area. The only things that weren’t perfect were the parking and pool size. Parking is very limited, but that seems to be the case in many beach areas. The pool is small for being for multiple units, but it was warm, and very well cared for, so that is to be noted. We were there for the beach & so it would not affect our decision to stay again!

3 Night - Family of 6 getaway

Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for a family of 6 (ages: 7/5/5months x2). Staff were all very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Beach was just a short walk across the street and a nice composite walkway to the beach. Restaurants were walkable especially to Johns Pass. Pool was comfortably heated and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our time at BBR and we highly recommend this property to others.

Great location

We stayed 4 nights in August 2023. Hôtel is very very well located to go the beautiful beach. We were in the biggest room 11. The hotel was given an update with paint but it is still old. The bathroom needs to be redone and the beds need to be changed and on a more solid structure. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the pool as well but don t expect a 4* boutique hotel. Choose for the location and all amenities provided to go to the beach

Nice option for family

We really enjoyed our stay - the pool was clean and a great size, our unit was great and had plenty of space. It wasn’t a difficult walk to the beach across the street, and the beach itself was beautiful and not busy. We were only given 2 towels for a family of 5, and the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while (feet bottoms black after first day!). But we would stay again and would love to bring more family with us and reserve multiple units.

Wonderful vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful. It is very nice having the pool right out your doorstep and the beach a block away. Everyone was very friendly. Uber had no issues finding the property as well as our grocery delivery. My only complaints would be that even though I was very clear about who was coming with on our stay during the booking I was charged an extra $60 2 weeks before arriving for an additional person. However I paid it and moved on. Also apon arriving we found two dirty pans in the oven that I am sure the previous tenants had left. I did not complain because who who would have thought to look in the oven for dirty dishes. Management was super friendly even offering a bag of unopened ice and popsicles that were left behind. All in all there was nothing that would prevent me from leaving a five star review. I’m sure we will be returning.

Kids had a blast

This place was nice for our family. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach. The pool was warm enough for the kids and pool toys added to the fun. The shower could use a reno. It was a little tricky for the kids to climb in and out of and hardware in shower was a bit rusted. Also, I unexpectedly wanted to do laundry which required going to the store in search of $4 in quarters and detergent. Be nice if that were included.

Everything was smooth with booking, communication, check in. Location was great and pool was nice.

Dave was great to work with. Fast communication to questions I had before booking. Everything went as planned, emails with updates for the check in and check out process. Staff onsite was very friendly. Location was awesome!! The heated pool was great - very nice to have since red tide hit during our stay. The beach was across the street with a nice walk way to the beach. Would stay here again!

Winter getaway

Overall perfect set up 2 bedroom with full kitchen , would have liked nicer bed linens and the bed frame was noisy. Bathroom was very nice clean Tub was very high , so an older person would have a hard time climbing in Location was perfect near beach Thank you

Florida family Christmas!

Enjoyed our spacious two bedroom stay, the pool area and barbecue worked perfect for family meals. It was an easy walk to the beach with an ice cream shop on the way.
