The owner was very accommodating when we requested a room with one bed instead of two full beds. The entire stay was great.

Nice Location with easy beach access

It’s a cute small place with easy access to restaurants up the road at John’s Pass.

The location is so great. Super close to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream. If you love to be able to walk to everything, this is the place to stay.

Great place for a girls trip!

Location and amenities were great, very walkable. The place is adorable and the manager was so sweet and friendly. I would totally come back here with my family!

Perfect Get-A-Way

This was the perfect location for my nieces graduation trip. She was looking for a fun beach and pool adventure. The weather was perfect. If it did rain we were able to enjoy shopping at the John's Pass. We also had a great trip with Hubbard's Marina Dolphin Watch adventure. Was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Short Get Away

We were looking for a weekend spot to take some time away from the northern weather and this spot was just perfect for us. The location was centralized and we didnt have to travel far to do the things we wanted too. Plus it was a bonus that across the street there is a nice icecream shop and the beach is a short 5min walk from the retreat.

AMAZING as always

This was our 4th stay at BBR and every single time I am WOW'd! Between the staff, the rooms, the grounds - it is always an amazing stay. Rooms are so cute and CLEAN! The staff goes over the top to accommodate and the grounds are a lush and gorgeous! Thank you BBR!

Amazing location. Exactly as advertised.

This property was very clean. The location was perfect with plenty of shops & restaurants in walking distance. great pool on site and beach entrance just across the street. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Highly recommend!

2nd Annual Teacher -Friend Trip. We absolutely love this place and plan to enjoy it every summer! The staff and service are amazing. Very clean and well supplied rooms. The pool is always immaculate! BBR is the place to be!!

Excellent!

Boutique Beach Retreat is a gem of a spot for a family traveling on a budget! We loved how convenient the location was for walking to the beach, shops, dinner and coffee. Our kids spent hours in the very nicely heated salt water pool every day. The unit was very clean and comfortable as well as the staff being very friendly. We loved everything about our stay! The only suggestion I would have is to add a wine bottle opener to the kitchen. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Such a lovely place!

This place was awesome. We enjoyed every minute. The staff we seen were super friendly and kind. My kids enjoyed the pool. Communication was also great. This little spot was right where we needed to be. Right to the beach and all the cool festivities. We will be coming back here always for our Treasure island vacays. Thanks again.

Wonderful vacation

Unit # 10 was clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed to make our 2 week stay comfortable. Just a short walk across from the beach. We were able to cook in with everything in the well appointed kitchen. The location was great as well. Wonderful first visit to Treasure Island. Katy was an amazing host and she and the staff insured we always had clean towels every couple of days and checked in with us regularly. Boutique Beach Retreat was a lovely place to stay!

Awesome place

This is our third time visiting Treasure Island and Botique Beach Retreat is our go to place. The rooms are updated and spacious. The staff however is what makes this place wonderful. They are always friendly and always smiling. You can tell that the employees enjoy where they work in the way they treat visitors. We really do appreciate the hospitality that has always been extended. It feels as if you are visiting family.
