Relaxing stay

This upstairs condo was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the beach, multiple restaurants within walking distance, relaxed beach experience. Indian Rocks was not hugely "touristy", which was great for our group. The location is close enough for a short car trip to outdoor shopping, Clearwater Beach and other excursions. The only thing we noticed, although not a factor for us, was the bikes were not in working order. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Aqua condo. Everything was provided for us and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our host was great and we would definitely recommend this place to other travellers and vacationers.

Cousins Catch Up!

Veronika's place was in the center of our 3 cousins' (& their families) places between Indian Rock & Indian Shores. Place was super convenient for the nearby restaurants, mainland access, trolley stop, bakery, and stores. Inside was clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equiped, and beach gear all there! Delightful! Veronika was amazingly supportive for anything we needed. Thank you!

The unit was very clean. We could have used a clock in the bedroom and another tv in the bedroom too. The kitchen needs a better operating can opener and some new cooking utensils and dinnerware. Plates were scratched and some utensils were missing. A crock pot would be nice. Have a meal ready after a day at the beach. The couch sits so low. Maybe another sofa or sectional. We were surprised the freezer had ice cream left and other food items left in the pantry. Having the beach chairs and beach items accessible were nice too.

Great Stay on Indian Rocks

90 steps to the beautiful, sandy beach during the day, and a quick walk back for the sunset! From the front windows we watched the sunrise while sipping on our coffee from the Keurig! The unit was exceptionally clean, newly remodeled, including new appliances! Veronika clearly explained checking in process, encouraging us to call anytime with any questions! We hope to stay here again! jw

A very nice, comfortable condo just steps away from the beach and restaurants. Veronika was wonderful and was extremely accomodating when we left early because of the hurricane. We wish we could have stayed for our full vacation!

Birthday

The property was just as listed. You can't beat the proximity to the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available for use was a huge benefit. There was a helpful binder inside with great suggestions for places to eat as well. The sole purpose of this trip was to escape work and relax on the beach, and we were able to do just that. The host was very easy to communicate with and overall this property added to our vacation experience! Hands down 5 stars!!

Outstanding location and host!

Check-in was easy, unit was well stocked, beach needs were met effortlessly. The location itself is perfect - everything we needed was in walking distance - we loved going down on the windy day and watching the kite boarders! Great Location - Great Place

The condo was just as described. Nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen and living area on the 1st floor is a nice space. Used the bikes and kayak. Short walk to the beach and nice that you don't have to cross Guld Blvd. Would stay again.

Location, location, location.

The condo was clean and the appliances were new, which was great, but we loved it most because of it's location relative to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. If you're considering this rental, you won't be disappointed.

Ideal IRB Location

This property was perfect for our multigenerational Thanksgiving holiday! Just a few steps from the beach, and walking distance to so many excellent restaurants. The condo was quite comfortable, spotless, and had every amenity we needed. Our VRBO host was very helpful in providing useful information and answering all our questions. We highly recommend it and hope to return in future.

Perfect

This was my first time staying somewhere that wasn’t a corporate/chain owned hotel and it was a perfect size for our family of 4. This unit exceeded our expectations. You can tell there is pride in ownership with this rental. It was clean (even did the bottom of sock check lol!), had amenities we could use, and was very close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
