Family Vacation

First time ever staying in Clearwater. This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was super nice and the owners were extremely easy to communicate with. Would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot

This was one of my favorite vacation spots! The parking and beach access were amazing. The pool and other amenities were clean and readily available. We were close enough to battle the crowds at Clearwater beach, but far enough to remain in peace and quiet. Thank you Larry and Becky!

Great location on beautiful quiet beach

The complex is very nice and kept very clean. The condo was wonderful, with everything you need. The master bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The location gcouldnt be better.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

Between what Mother Nature provided and the owners supplied you could not ask for a better place to stay. Becky was constantly in touch with us to ensure everything was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were heavenly. I look forward to returning!

This condo has a spectacular view, the complex has nice amenities (pool and exercise room), the kitchen is well-stocked, and the owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and had everything we wanted, including a nice pool, easy access to the beach, and plenty of things to do nearby. A truly great experience for everyone in the family. We will definitely be making a return trip!

Great Sand Key condo

Perfect location in Sand Key. Great condo with unbelievable view and amenities. Close to restaurants and Clearwater. The Tate’s were very easy to work with.

The condo was excellent - just as advertised, and the landlords were terrific - very helpful!

We enjoyed family vacation with our three teenagers at this location, and it was excellent!!! The area was great with lots to do, the condo and building had great amenities, great views, and the beach was terrific. The landlords were very helpful and communicative. Overall awesome family vacation at this location! We’d rent again without hesitation!

Great unit and wonderful complex!

My wife and I spent several days in this unit. It is well equipped, and the property manager was prompt to respond to questions or concerns. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area.

Relaxing vacation

The beach was clean and quiet. It was never crowded- plenty of room to play, walk and hunt for shells! Property was clean and well maintained. Sand Key is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the ocean. Short walk or drive to Clearwater Beach.

Wonderful Vacation!

Becki and Larry's condo was wonderful! So clean and had everything we needed. It was close to great spots both to the north and the south. Becki and Larry got back to me within minutes and were very helpful for everything. Cannot rate this high enough - highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was lovely and the view was breathtaking. It had everything we needed for a family trip with a young child and elderly grandmother. The location was perfect for those who are looking for a quiet, clean beach and pool experience. The communication with Becki and Larry was great! They were very helpful and responded quickly. 1 Year Anniversary

This place is absolutely amazing. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. The owners respond very quickly no matter what the issue/concern may be. I would definitely stay here again and will probably be booking it again for next year. If you are wondering if this is the vacation stay for you, look no further because it is!!!! Perfection

This is our 7th year visiting the area and the 5th condo we’ve stayed in. And it’s definitely #1 on our list now. The building & amenities are beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The location is perfect - close enough to all the action but far enough for quiet too. The layout of the condo is great too - open kitchen and living room for hanging out quiet bedrooms with super comfortable beds.
