A good place that needs work
First impressions were good when we arrived but the first night one of the guest beds collapsed. Broken leg frame & downstairs toilet tank stopped filling. The water pressure in the tank was so slow to fill. The pillows need replaced as they smelled off & mattress had dips. Biggest disappointment was the master bedroom shower had the lowest water pressure. Like a mist. I never felt fully cleaned after showering. Good luck getting shampoo rinsed. Both the upstairs shower doors are corroded & need replaced. The guest bathtub/ shower door came off the ledge of the tub & nearly fell on my daughter. The frame of the rail that sits on the tub was so rusty & corroded that it was not attached anymore. Definitely a huge accident waiting to happen. I notified the help desk & got a call back from I think the owner which I informed of shower door. He said he’d have maintenance come take care of it but that never materialized. That’s a lawsuit coming if someone gets injured. They did fix the bed frame as my daughter was sleeping on the mattress in the floor. The a/c works great downstairs but my daughters complained of how hot the guest bedroom was. Overall this place needs a good look over by the owner. Take care of these things & also prod the cleaning crew to clean the areas not in the open. It is in a good location & could be a nice place to rent. Otherwise I have noIntention to return if things remain the same.
