The condo itself what fine. Very spacious, clean and exactly as described. it is an end unit so the views of the beach are amazing. It could use some updating, especially with the appliances. My chief complaint, which is no fault of the owner, is the elevator. It was not working well the whole week, getting stuck on floors, slow etc. But on day 6 of our 7 night stay, it broke down completely and I had my 91 year old mother with me and there was no way that she could, nor would I want to try, her making it up four floors of stairs. We waited and tried to get someone to help us to no avail, so after and hour and a half of my poor mother sitting in the car, we had no other choice but to pack our things up and go somewhere else to stay. I am waiting to hear back from the owner to see if I will be compensated for the night that I had to go and pay for another place to stay.

This condo was exactly how it was listed. It was clean and there was plenty of space for my husband and I with our 2 teen girls. Sitting on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins play in the ocean was definitely a bonus! We will rent this place whenever we come here from now on!!

The property was amazing. The sunsets from our balcony was the best we have seen on this beach. The condo was spacious for our group and fully stocked. Harry responded immediately to any queations we had. They was a wagon and rolling cooler that was wonderful for the beach. It is a very quiet unit. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay

This property was well appointed, clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We had everything we needed, and more. The balcony was awesome! We spent our evenings and some mornings on it just enjoying the beautiful view. Communication with the owners was excellent. I would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to return.

Spring break with family

Condo was excellent - very well equipped with beach chairs, toys & fishing poles! Disappointed the pool not available due to hurricane damage. Very nice property in great location. Beach was very nice with cabanas available for rent.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an incredible week with family in Madeira Beach. We had 3 kids ages 15, 11 and 7 years old and they had a great time. The condo was even more beautiful and spacious than expected from the photos. The beds were comfortable, each room had more than enough dresser storage and we loved the convenience of having the beach wagon so we didn’t have to bring our own. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t ready yet, though we understand that was out of anyone’s control. At quick glance of the nearby condos that are still undergoing renovations/closed, it was a great reminder of what the beach and owners went through from the hurricane. We also loved having a restaurant across the street and so many close by options. We would definitely book this condo again!

First Vacation in 15 years

I had high expectations and hopes taking my 5 children on their first real vacation and my first one in 15 years. This property has an incredible view and charming, colorful beach decor. There was plenty of space to not feel like we were on top of one another and beds for the six of us to sleep comfortably, my littlest shared a bed with me while the others all had their own bed. The beach was fabulous and super clean, as was the pool quite refreshing. This property provides a wagon which you can use to carry down beach supplies which was helpful. But I would recommend they supply beach towels as they are heavy and a lot to pack and maybe a beach umbrella that wasn’t broken. They had a drawer of games, which was nice. The Mad Beach Cafe in walking distance, I highly recommend for breakfast/lunch. Overall this place was a good choice, with some minor hiccups…there was no first aid kit, when my son cut his toe on a shell in the ocean. I had to run to CVS (in walking distance) and get the supplies needed for a badly cut toe. But, overall i would recommend staying here and i would come back again, and possibly rent a car next time as there are few restaurants/things to do for kids within walking distance. If you don’t rent a car, I highly recommend taking the trolley to John’s Pass and anywhere really as an inexpensive way to get around if you don’t want to walk far or rent a car. Overall, the property brought views that pay for the entire experience, glad I found it!!!

We absolutely love unit 401. Even with construction going on all around us for our stay, we managed to enjoy ourselves completely. Harry and Tammie are very easy to deal with and communicate with.

Comfortable Condo

This condo is spacious, comfortable, clean, has beautiful beach views, with a refreshing and very clean pool and grounds. The kitchen had enough equipment to cook most meals in. The beds were comfortable. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony with the great furniture and having it so convenient to walk to everything.

Love Las Brisas

My family and I have stayed at Las Brisas for years now, but this was our first time in this condo. The condo was welcoming and relaxing. The porch area has a perfect sitting place to watch the sunset every night. Las Brisas is right on the sand so you fall asleep listening to the waves every night. Harry was very easy to work with and contact for anything. Great room, great condo, great trip!!!

Perfect beach vacation!

Perfect condo for our family vacation! Gorgeous views every day. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and dolphins and sunsets. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The addition of available beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool/sand toys was a wonderful extra that most vacation rentals don’t offer. Great communication with the owner, and check-in was a breeze even though we arrived very late. Would definitely recommend this property for families!
