The place is perfect! Very clean. Has everything you need. We didnt need to bring towels,cooler,umbrellas. Everyrhing is there. The location is perfect! Would definitely stay at this place again.krusten was wonderful. She responded instantly with any of my questions!

Clearwater Beachfront Condo

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures are accurate. The unit is located directly on the beach, complete ocean view from the master bedroom, living room and deck. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including access to beach chairs. The check-in process was easy, use of an electronic keypad to enter.

Great time in Clearwater

Stayed in Clearwater for a long weekend with my dad and brother and we had a wonderful time! Location can’t be beat- right on the beach , beautiful views of every sunset! A nice walk to town and restaurants . I’m 5 months pregnant and did the steps to the condo easily so wasn’t bad for me! Bonus was having all the beach stuff we needed!

Perfect Beachfront Escape

This place was exaclty what we were looking for. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets were amazing. The apartment was comfortable and well equiped. Would definitely return.

Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and spacious! Great A/C and terrific balcony. Steps to the beach. Host was very responsive. No elevator but workable for us.

Review of Unit # 5

The place was very clean inside. The location was really good, 2 min walk to the Beach. The Manager was very responsive and available to address any problems, promptly. Adding a Coat of Paint to the outside of the whole building would make the place more appealing. The Chairs on the Balcony of Unit 5, need to be replaced and the Balcony Floor repaired. Some of the Wood pieces are coming off. The Grill outside needs to be cleaned. I spent 1/2 hr. cleaning it before I could use it. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Very nice place! Property is definitely worth visiting!

Very nice location being right on the beach! Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping areas on that end of the beach. Property was nice and clean! Property manager was very nice and attentive! Would definitely go and stay there again!

Great location!

Nice place. Good amount of space, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, and away from the super busy areas, but still close enough to walk to some restaurants and shopping.

Spring Break 2024

2024 was the 4th year in a row we have had spring break in florida. Kristen's condo and location top the list. The condo was beautiful and as described. The location was outstanding, close to all the action, but far enough to have some privacy. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Kimberly Strecker especially responsive and helpful. The view and location are incredible and more than offset comments below which are intended to be constructive. Furniture in living room not very comfortables. Bathrooms and bedrooms wonderful; kitchen counter behind sink disrupted but everything h functional. Broken window in guest room. Door walls in master difficult to open.

Great location!

The condo's location is amazing. Direct beach access and not crowded at all. Could use a few updates, the exterior and windows are very worn, and the furniture in the living room wasn't as pictured (difficult to get our full lounge on with 4 adults). Kristen was prompt and great with communication. Great North Beach location!

Well-equipped, well-laid out, and great view! Me+parents stayed while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. Great to wakeup and start the day with a beach walk then make coffee and breakfast and watch the waves from the patio. Comfortable

Great location!

This condo is in a small complex of only six units which is exactly what we were looking for - beach access and no overcrowding like you can experience in the high rise condos. Views from the balcony were gorgeous. Great location, can walk to restaurants and shops. Condo is very clean and updated! Beds and sheets were comfortable and soft. Would definitely stay here again!
