  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Perfect home for multifamily stay

Property was exactly as its advertised! Very clean and beautiful beach views and access. We had a total of 8 people ranging in age from 13 to 68. Home was perfect for entertaining in the common space as well as being able to have your own space. Easy to grab the bus and go to restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

My Happy 80th celebration

What a wonderful experience for my family that came from SF, Cleveland and Brownsville. The house was all it claimed to be and more than we expected. First class! I planned my own celebration and the kids and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the area, the pool, beach, 7-11 and nearby restaurants. We also took a tour of Tampa Harbor and Tampa University.

Very good for multi-generational travel

We are grandparents with adult children and spouses and their children traveling. This house was large enough and well appointed to accommodate us all. The pool was great. The beach access was good. The sunsets from the roof top terrace were beautiful. The kitchen worked well for easy prep and there are multiple eating areas. The only negative is the public walkway for beach access is right next to the house so at times, there was noise. Not a big deal.

Serenity Now Beautiful

Everything was perfect. One side note. Thank you for enabling elevator. It was very useful for my handicapped family member. Elevator has one small issue , the interlock at top of door on 2nd floor did not always latch in for elevator to move.

Paradise!

We had such an amazing stay at Serenity Now. Every amenity was provided, and the house was immaculate! We were so close to the beach, and enjoyed walking to Caddy’s for dinner and lunch a few times. The beds were all very comfortable. There were more than enough pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen staples. No complaints! The check in process was a breeze and communication with the house manager was great. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful spacious house in fabulous beachfront location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. We had people from 5 to 93 and the house and location were well-suited to all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked and enabled us to cook most of our meals there. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive to any needs we have. The house is well-equipped for the beach and the pool, making for easy and relaxing days in the sun!

FL beach for the holidays

This was a wonderful property to host my immediate family in FL for the holidays. With 12 in attendance, the house was extremely spacious and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was also a winner with the kids when they were not running around on the beach. Location is walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops around Treasure Island. .

Great week on the beach. Home had everything you could think of from fully outfitted kitchen to great beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the common spaces as much as the privacy of the bedrooms and en-suite baths.

Paradise home on Treasure Island Beach

Wow!!! This property has everything for a huge celebration. Six bedrooms, five with their own bathrooms, huge kitchen that is well stocked with cooking and serving pieces. A large dining table that seats 12, living room with two couches and two chairs. Two back balconies and one front, grill and huge patio table off the living room, inground pool, lounge area and chairs. Everything one would need beachside including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. We had a fabulous time here - two soon to be college Sophomores, and 7 adults, so plenty of room for everyone. Restaurants close by although we mostly ate here since there was so much room to cook and store food. We will book again.

Family Vacation

We booked this property for a family vacation with my wife, mother, and four girls ages 12, 10, 8 and 6 months for winter break last May. The location is great for families if you want a little bit of everything, pool, beach, shopping, etc. Overall we were pleased with the property and the layout with the exception of the cleanliness of the floors, linens, kitchen and kitchen utensils/dishes that all needed a much deeper cleaning. Also, you will want to make sure that the elevator is in service before booking as it was challenging bringing luggage, baby rental items and groceries for a family of 7 up three flights of stairs for the duration of our stay.

Sunset Beach Paradise

I live up the street from this property and rented this to provide accomodations for my bridal party I was a little worried becasue it is close to the main road, but it turned out to be a bonus. We could walk to several restaurants and a 7 eleven across the street really is convenient. And the house, oh the house, the beautiful house with the amazing view and sounds of the gulf..... So much room, every bedroom feels like a master bedroom, a wonderful kitchen, views that bring joy and smiles. We all loved this property and everyone wants to rent it again. Thank you. It was perfect!!

A Slice of Heaven

This is simply a wonderful place to stay!! We have stayed at many VRBOs and everyone agreed this was out favorite!! It was even better than the listing. We used the pool constantly and I spent every morning having coffee on the rooftop deck enjoying a beautiful ocean sunrise. My one negative is we had a difficult time with the booking person. She left a rude message stating our deposit on our credit card had been rejected and we needed to fix it ASAP or loose our booking. After a number of calls to our credit card company and the booking person she acknowledged they had changed their billing system and were having problems with it and she wanted us to do multiple things to fix her problem. It wasn’t our credit card that was a problem. I don’t like being threatened to get a problem fixed. Thankfully we didn’t have to deal with her upon our arrival. It really is a gorgeous place.

Sister Trip 2021

The property was as advertised. Location was perfect. Communications with property staff was slow and sometimes never answered. Hand towels and wash cloths were in short supply ( less than one per person for the entire week) and took 2 days to receive extra. The trip would have been amazing if not for the issues we had with the "red tide". Everyone had a terrible cough and many members of our group had problems breathing and could not enjoy the beach due to the poor air quality.

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We were there during tropical storm Elsa, so that was a bit of a bummer. Also, it is on a very loud corner across from 7-11 and it is loud all night, which is very unfortunate. However, we had a great time with our family.

Perfect Beach Escape

We were very pleased with the property and all of the amenities! The house was very clean and accommodating for a large group! It was so easy to get to the beach and the pool was a bonus for the kids! All around one of the best beach vacation spots! Lots to do around the area! Also the 7-Eleven across the street actually turned out to be a good thing! As were the restaurants near by!

Could not have asked for anything more! Location was great. The property was beautiful. House had everything we needed. Easy to check in and property manager was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
