This property has good and bad attributes. Location is great. Easy to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. It’s a large home with plenty of space, but the layout is odd so check that carefully before booking. While the kitchen was stocked with cookware (no omelet size but we made it work) there was no salt & pepper, kitchen towels, coffee filters, foil, etc. When they say they supply the bare minimum for a few days…they mean it. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, so wash anything before you use it or do like we did and run everything you think you might use through the dishwasher. The floors were pretty dirty, so we mopped the main area several times and it helped some. There were other issues here and there… I will say the property management company was responsive and tried to be helpful. Our experience was good and bad. It’s tough giving it a 4-star rating but there were aspects that we enjoyed.

Overall had a great experience here! The space was so huge. Beautiful decor and spaces to share with company. Very clean and organized. I loved how close the house was to the beach. I would recommend all my friends and family to stay here if they’re ever visiting Indian Rock.

Great Home with a Pool

We stayed at the Beach Escape house at Indian Rocks Beach and it was amazing. The house was very clean and spacious. We had 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 laundry areas on both sides of the house, big living room and kitchen, big pool and more. It was only 4 blocks from the beach, had lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We would highly recommend this vacation home.

Multi Family Spring Break Stay

This was a great place for our 3 families to stay. 3 blocks to the beach. Nice pool. Plenty of beds. Easy communication and quick responses. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Anniversary Celebration

The property was spotless when we arrived. Important info was posted throughout the house. Pool was great for the kids and the beach was only a few blocks away. Kitchen had enough utensils. Plenty of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager was great to work with.

Florida family vacation

My wife and I took our entire family to Florida for a vacation this year. We were lucky enough to secure this property which fit our needs perfectly. The property was very nice located in a great neighborhood, and very close to the beach. This was perfect for the entire gang, we had a great time and would like to thank you very much. GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION

By far the easiest check/in, check/out process I've been through. House was perfect for our family to gather, cook, and hang out in the living room area. Great location, we loved the neighborhood and how easy it was to walk to the beach or to local bars and restaurants. Plenty of room for us, 11 adults. Love this place!

Family Vacation

Beach Escape was perfect for our family of 13. All couples had their own space and the kids bunked together. The Pool was a must have for the kids, they spent all “home time” in the pool. The beach was a short walk with great sand and warm water. The place was clean and well equipped. Everyone loved it and we hope to come back again.

Surprise party destination

House was great for surprise birthday party for my wife and five other couples (no kids vacation). Location is fantastic to the beach, with supplied equipment, and walkable restaurants and bars. Guppy’s is a must for food. Chef Charlie, Chef on the Bay, came to the house for group dinner, highly recommended!!

Excellent vacation property

This place was wonderful for our group of 13. Everyone had their own bedroom/space. The beach was close. 3 min walk. We paid to heat the pool, it was very nice. The community was nice and quiet with lots of small local shops and restaurants. Not many high rises which was nice. The home has many steps so if you can not do steps this home is not for you. The kitchen was supplied nicely , however the knives were very dull, and their was only 1-2 sets of kitchen towels. It could of also used a few more cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again. Lovely home.

The location was great, easy access to many many things and walkable to the beach.

The house was big enough for 20 people and we only had 12. In the one week we were there we had to do a load of towels every day because there just wasn’t enough. Other than that everything was great

Beach Escape is a beautiful house. Highly recommend.

There were 12 of us on vacation at Beach Escape. The house is beautiful, clean and they have just about everything you could ask for. Bring or rent chairs for the beach. There were none at the house. Everything was clean and neat when we got there. There were a couple of chairs by the pool that were broken, but overall it was a wonderful time with all of our friends. Would definitely rent Beach Escape again.

Annual Bag Trip

Our group of women have been traveling together over 20 years. The house was spacious, with 6 bedrooms, only 2 of us had to share a room. The house was very close to the beach and the sand on the beach was as soft as cornstarch. Great location, close to shopping and a great variety of restaurants. Sitting with our toes in the pool was relaxing. We enjoyed the home.

Nice house not great on making it right

Day 1 we had very little water pressure on the side of the house that had the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I texted the contact and she responded she was talking to the office. Hours later that side of the house had zero hot water and a trickle of water pressure…I texted again and explained. Finally they sent someone out. Then the maintenance person broke the outside water spiquot off so he had to shut water off to that side of the house. Now we are running with no kitchen water and 2 bathrooms for 15 people. Plumber didn’t come until the next day mid morning due to other emergencies. I asked for a small token of reimbursement for the inconvenience and everyone except the initial contact has ignored my emails and voicemails. She doesn’t seem to have any authority to provide any partial refund. So my only caution is if you rent…I hope everything goes ok because they won’t provide a reimbursement if it doesn’t.
