So glad you will stay with us again. We apologize for one of our dinghy boats being repaired during your stay. We have got two more dinghy boats up and running so you will definitely have your own dinghy boat next time, as most of our guests have had during their stay, except if a guest is unsure about driving the shuttle boat and chooses the option to be shuttled around. There is always toilet paper on the boat when a guest arrives as per our checklist and more is always delivered promptly when requested. The shuttle boat requires a demonstration of operation so the shuttle boat is turned over the next day when a guest arrives late. The 12 volt system always keeps one of the refrigerators running 24 hours a day. We always strive to make each guest’s stay pleasant and promptly address any needs when given the chance to do so.

We go above and beyond to make every guest’s stay enjoyable. The inverter was tripped temporarily due to running the water heater on it instead of the generator. Every guest is told to make sure to run the water heater with the generator. The inverter was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it. The generator was available for power the entire stay, thus the guest always had power. The toilet was clogged by the repeated flushing of the toilet and thus overflowed a little on the side deck of the boat and created a temporary smell. This was repaired and cleaned up within 10 minutes of being informed as there is a repair person on site. The toilet is in fact a new electric toilet. We will continue to do our best and look for ways to improve the experience of each guest.
