We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Clearwater Beach apartment. The place was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up, clearly showing great attention to detail.The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. Everything worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and homey.This apartment truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient Clearwater Beach getaway!

Loved our stay here! Perfect for a beach bachelorette trip. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Very responsive host that was super helpful when we had questions. Would recommend staying here!

Great location.

The house is in a great location. Great view from the rooftop. Issues with one of the bathrooms for a majority of the stay. Owner did offer money back. First floor bedroom is hidden in the back behind the garage. Owner offered plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Elevator only works from ground level up to other floors.

Amazing

My family spent the week of July 4th here. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. The property is in a great location with the most spectacular views. I definitely give 5 stars, and will be planning to stay again in the future.

Clearwater Beach Vacation

10/10 We really liked the space/roomy. The location was very convenient and had very nice views from both sides of the property. The condo was very accommodating and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The beach wagon was a life saver. The only suggestion/recommendation we can think of is if it had a golf cart. However, we were definitely in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Best vacation!!

Property was great with so many great amenities. Great distance to beach and other area locations. We really enjoyed the roof top deck with a very nice clean grill to have a dinner in. They had everything you need for a beach stay!!

Very nuce home and location

The home was very clean.We really enjoyed the rooftop the views were stunning.George was very prompt in answering our questions and concerns.Just be sure to read the manual regarding the operation of the elevator.Sure was nice to have. We sure got our exercise with the stairs (which was good for all of us)The location is perfect.Wish we would have been able to stay longer

This property is in a perfect location if you live to play pickle ball. Just a few short minutes from the beach and plenty of restaurants to eat at. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this house. 10/10

8 of us had a fantastic stay at this house mid-March 2025. The location and views are incredible, we parked and didn't have to drive anywhere. Lots of space for everyone. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. Very impressed, would stay again!

Perfect Location

Absolutely fantastic Clearwater Beach townhouse experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The location was truly unbeatable – just a short, easy stroll to the pristine sands of Clearwater Beach.What really set this VRBO apart was its proximity to the pickleball courts across the street. We're avid players, so being able to walk over and enjoy a few games whenever we wanted was a huge bonus! The convenience of being so close to both the beach and the courts made our vacation incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.The townhouse itself was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the living area was comfortable for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and answering any questions we had promptly.Overall, this Clearwater Beach townhouse exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with the added perk of easy access to pickleball. We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous views

The location and size of this house is great. The elevator was a godsend since we had lots of groceries going to the 4th floor for our Thanksgiving dinner. Seating was a bit crowded but we’re a close family so it worked. We had a little hiccup upon checking in but George was on top of it and we were very happy with our stay. You can’t beat the views from the rooftop!

Girls weekend

This was the perfect location and a truly unique house. Lots of space and worked well for our group. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. We were so close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Big thanks to George for a very special weekend with friends!!

Perfection!

The townhouse is in the perfect location for all age groups. Plenty of space! Beach is within minutes of walking distance. The Pier, restaurants and night entertainment is near by but not too close for those who don't appreciate noise. The local pool is 1 block down for the kiddos, which is also great for the adults who don't want to do the beach. George is very helpful and always responds quickly. We visit this beautiful home annually and will continue for years to come.

Great house!

Overall we had a great stay! The house fit most needs of our group. The rooftop area was amazing and great for a chill night with my girls. The kitchen renovation looks great. Host was very accommodating with our early arrival snd made sure we were able to check in early and drop our bags before hitting the beach. The cart was a huge help taking the cooler and our bags to the beach! Property was very clean upon arrival. A few frustrations but definitely not deal breakers. There were not enough beach towels for our group and the beach chairs are in need of replacement. We ended up having to rent chairs from Palm Pavillon. There also were not enough bath towels provided for a group of 11 women. The futon bed under the bunk was sinking on one end and not very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property/host and would happily stay here again! The location could not have been better!!
