Property does show some age but great location right on the Gulf! Pool great for the kids. Pool area not screened so had to deal with some debris and bird droppings upon arrival.

Wonderful home for our 4 adult children their significant others and my husband and I. The hosts are very responsive helpful. The kitchen is fine if you plan on eating small meals and snacks. If you plan on cooking you may need to purchase items. No measuring utensils, or baking dishes. Plenty of service for a large group. The only complaint was the bugs. They definitely need to treat the yard for chiggers. We ended up seeing a Dr when we returned home for the amount of bug bites we received. The home has plenty space for the 9 we had and even a few more. The house is older with some upgrades needed but did not hinder our wonderful vacation. Groceries and ice cream close by. Restaurants and entertainment are a bit of a drive but again wasn’t a big deal for us. I would recommend this home if you don’t spend much time outside after dark.

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. We are a family of 7, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Being right on the water was magical. The guys had a great time catching fish every day. We saw dolphins playing in the water while eating breakfast. It was truly a wonderful place to have our family vacation and we will definitely come back!

Florida Villa was an amazing find. Set in a quiet neighborhood with charm- a beautiful church, a heart remembrance tree, neighbors who greeted us with a smile and wave. Every sunset provided joy and a natural beauty.

Excellent large house for our group

This is the second time we have stayed at this property as we love the house and the location. We love watching the dolphins swim by, watching the fish jump, and seeing the other marine life in the clear water. House is very clean with good amenities. Good layout with lots of space to relax. The manager is very responsive.

Private with daily awesome Sunset 🌞

Celebrated husband's 70th birthday! The house was private, for our family to enjoy each other. Beautiful sunsets everyday. Saw dolphins, variety of bird life, fish jumping in the Gulf. Grandchildren enjoyed pool daily. Hired Chef David to prepare a surprise dinner for the birthday boy! We will return.

We LOVED the house. It was clean and very well equipped. Could not have ask for anything more. The dock was blocked off (looked like it was rotten and falling apart), so that was disappointing other than that could not have ask for anything more, except more time :) .

Worst home possible

Upon arrival we were met by the following: socks on dining room chair legs, cloth jewelry bags on a glass table immediately upon entry that kept the glass from sliding, an absolutely filthy living room chair, the dishes, glasses, and cups with food on them, "Welcome" mats cut to size placed on outdoor furniture in place of cushions, both exterior sliding doors were filthy in grease and grime in the track, the dock closed off with a do not enter sign. Although the description of the house mentions the contrary to all of the listed items. I was asked if I wanted the cleaning crew to come fix the issues. I was provided new outdoor furniture cushions. The cleaning crew did come and clean the sliding door tracks. I was also offered for someone to come wash dishes and clean the grimy living room chair. My question remained, how are all of these obvious issues not done prior to my arrival? The house was not rented from 10 AM on 3/29 until my arrival at 4:00 PM on 3/30. That is more than 24 hours that this house should have been prepared for the next guest. Then we got rain a couple of days into the stay. The drywall on the living room ceiling, that had been patched previously, became affected by the leak that was not fixed and the drywall fell off. Further, there was a puddle of water in the living room where water had come from under the exterior wall. I was offered for someone to come mop the water up. I refused and cleaned up the mess myself. Horrible house and vacay.

Sibling Reunion

Wonderful property for 6 adults. 2 bedrooms on first floor to accommodate 2 siblings with walker or cane. Spacious living arrangements with a well supplied kitchen. Excellent location with unobstructed sunset views. Heated pool added to our enjoyment. Our only complaint was lack of cushions on all outside furniture, but that didn’t diminish our enjoyment.

We had an absolutely great time, beautiful views of the gulf, and morning and evening visits from dolphins. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting an extraordinary view of the gulf and a clean home!!

Loved it!!

The property was nice and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock as we seen aquatic wildlife of dolphins, fish, pelicans, manatee and nurse shark during our 6 day stay! There was shopping centers nearby for our convience. Our party of 10 had a lot of room to spread out so we did not feel like we were on top of eachother. Overall, a graet place to stay!

Palm Harbor Paradise

This property pleased everyone in our group. The neighborhood was easy to access yet provided ample privacy. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. There was an impressive amount of seating in the living room and plenty of sleeping area. The fishermen appreciated the dock but the star of the show was the extended balcony with its expansive view of the Gulf and those nightly breathtaking sunsets. An incredibly relaxing experience for all!

Family time

My family enjoyed the pool and swam everyday. The screened porch is great for the adults in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The view of the gulf was wonderful from many rooms of the house. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions. Problems were addressed quickly and our property manager was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful

The home was absolutely beautiful. It met all of our needs. The cleaning crew took about a hour after our check in time so we were forced to wait to check in. There were a few mishaps as the cleaning crew was rushing through. However I would absolutely stay again. The dolphin sightings were amazing. It was far enough away from the tourists however close enough to go to the shops. The property manager was absolutely wonderful.
