We had a wonderful stay here and plan to return. There were 6 of us siblings between 61 and 77. It was great to be so close to the water! We loved the nostalgic decor and appreciated the warmth of the home. So many things reminded us of our parents and grandparents. Cloth napkins, all of the fully stocked kitchen, antique lamps, multiple pieces of furniture. The back patio was priceless. The weather was horrible and with that patio it didn’t matter. This home is a unicorn which we would highly recommend. The host was very responsive as well.

Family Vacation

We had a blast. Amazing location. Beautiful beach. House was just beautiful with breathtaking views. Alan was amazing to work with. Very responsive and caring. Checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was great and if we needed anything. Our family LOVED IT. We would rate it 10/10 stars (sparkling stars as my niece says). Simply wonderful. The most beautiful sunsets.

The property was beautiful- it exceed our expectations from the pictures. You can’t beat the access to the beach- being 10 feet from the sand made it such a breeze to go to and from. Allen was very quick to respond to any texts and concerns!

Great Property

The house is in a great location for a week or weekend at the beach. While it's not a brand new house, it's full of character and charm. We had 8 adults stay for a long weekend and it was awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a location in the area. We are looking to come back in the summer.

Fantastic location. The beach is just steps from the back porch. Great views of the sunset. Any issues with the property were promptly addressed by Alan. We were able to communicate easily with him throughout our stay. Would definitely book this property again.

Nice family vacation!

My family and I loved this house! My family of four, my sister's family of three, and our parents vacationed here for our spring break. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Close to many things. Very clean. But most importantly...the beach!! Just a short walk out the door. Wonderful patio overlooking the beach also. The view was amazing! We enjoyed every sunset! The large family dining table was very nice also, as we ate dinner together there and played games at night. Communication with property management great too...they responded very quickly with any questions. We all highly recommend this place!

Perfect spot! Couple hiccups, but otherwise great!

Amazing location! Just steps from the beach and you can watch the sunset right from the deck! Having kids with us, it was great to be able to just come back and forth without hauling loads of stuff with us. We also had an infant that was able to take a nap in the house while we still enjoyed the beach. We had a couple hiccups of the air not working which was crappy because the first night we just had to live with it and there are no screens in the windows/doors in the 2nd house, but the manager was right on it trying to get it fixed and when conclusion was made it needed another air unit, he brought a portable one in less than a half hour. The dishwasher was functional, but the latch was broke so we had to mess with it to get it to close, but the manager also had someone out to order a part for it. All in all, it was still a great stay and my family had a ton of fun! I would 100% go back!

Beautiful home just steps from the beach

We loved the look and feel of this lovely, large older home. Nice details. Quiet area. A dream location. Pretty beach just steps from the porch and patio. Great spot for Shelling and Bird Watching. Crystal clear water. Phenomenal views. Short drive to anything you want. We went to as a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday and to see manatees but could definitely see ourselves returning with our families. Good communication with property manager (Alan).

Hidden Gem

We've been coming to Indian Rocks beach for 40 years and loved it. We have walked & driven by this house many times, not realizing it has been here for many more years. Feels like old Florida. Beautiful large windows, wooden staircase and floors, wonderful kitchen to cook in. Great porch and patio. The walk to the beach is charming. As grandparents we had enough room to accommodate our growing family. Celebrated our daughters graduation and memories were made! Very easy to get ahold of property manager and he was willing to fix or help with whatever might have been an issue. Hope to be able to come again and keep building more blessed memories!

Family friendly home on the beach!

8 of us, 6 adults and 2 kids (daughters, son-in-law, and a couple grandkids) stayed for 5 glorious days in this old but lovely rare, loaded with character, 2 story, Florida home. Accomodated a large group incrediby well. This is not a new modern home, but it is a really cool, clean, well appointed, older home with tons of charm and a really functional and cool lay out and great air conditioning. We all just loved walking out the back porch across a short dune to the beach probably 20 steps away. We were in and out a 100 times a day with kids and all, so just absolutely an awesome set up. I spent hours on the back porch day bed listening to the surf and enjoying the sea breeze. We go to the beach all the time and spent the extra money to be in a spacious place on the beach and it was 100%+++ worth it.

Beautiful old home on a picturesque beachfront lot. Lots of room, wonderful patio framed by two coastal pines. Short walk to many restaurants. Be aware as stated, no paper products, trash bags, beach towels are provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Bunch of us turning 50 this year and stayed for the week. Had a great time, the property is in a fantastic location, not too many people and short drive to Clearwater. Would definitely go back.
