Exceeded Expectations

Annually, we go on a family vacation. There are 12 of us; 9 adults and 3 children. We have vacationed on house boats, houses in the mountains, houses at other beaches and cruise ships. All members of the family agreed the recent vacation in Indian Rocks, Florida at the beautiful Exclusive Aqua Escape home ranked right at the top of the list. The communication with Beach Time Rentals property management was excellent prior to our arrival and during our stay. The home was fabulous. It was very large but felt cozy. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We had two mini vans, and both fit in the garage with the door closed. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool, the well-kept landscape and having direct access to the white sandy beach. The ocean views from the property were stunning. There are numerous restaurants and activities close to the home. The home is definitely on the list for a return trip.

Fabulous Beach House

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family and it's right on the beach with a fabulous pool. My older parents were able to stay on the ground floor and minimize stair use. Our 4 children split the rooms with bunk beds and shared the Jack & Jack bathroom. The queen bed that was extra long was appreciated by my 6'4" brother-in-law. Everyone was really comfortable. Even the mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The two balconies were also much-utilized spaces. The children basically lived in the ocean and the pool. We did pay for the pool to be heated (mid-April stay) and it was perfect. Everyone spent a LOT of time in that pool. The kitchen was big and well equipped (and well organized!). I appreciated the very long family dining table for our party of 10. The sunset views from this home are spectacular. My only wish for this property would be for the garage spaces to be wider. It was challenging to get our large family cars safely into the spaces. Be prepared to do a 3-point turn to get in and out. Overall this was a wonderful week at a spectacular home.

Great property in great location!

We stayed here with friends (kids and adults) over spring break. The property is beautiful - great sized rooms to fit multiple kids with large beds and a lot of storage space, great space for large group eating both outside and inside, and direct beach access. The location is also very close (walking distance) to good restaurants and coffee shops. The kids loved having the pool as well! Definitely would recommend as a great place for a large group or family!

Very nice beachfront home

We had a group of 10 family members, six adults and four children. The house was large and accommodated us all comfortably. It is right on the beach and has a nice size heated pool. We would happily stay here again.

So much closer to beach than in pictures!

Our family spent a week here and loved every minute of it. We never wanted to leave and spent most of our time at the pool, beach (which is even closer than the pictures show), and on the 2nd level deck. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you can imagine stocked in the closets and the kitchen area. The appliances are all top line and in great working condition. The outside deck furniture, pool area and outside bins filled with beach toys & equipment were great for us and our 2 year old. The outside covered area near where the grill is located is a great place to hang. The architectural work on the cabinets and counters make it a wonderful place to serve dinners and lunches at. The outside bar area with bar stools was great to be able to stay outside by the pool and eat. The neighborhood (6 houses total) had great privacy with the fenced in gated entrance. This house is one of (if not the best) locations being oceanfront and having a larger yard and pool area. Only complaint was that the MB upstairs had no tv or night lights or lamps. It only had 8 overhead lights that were very bright especially at night. We inquired about the TV but no one got back to us where it was. Not that we watched a lot of TV but it would have been nice to catch the weather a couple times with some storms approaching our area. Overall, this is an awesome house and we are already talking about another family vacation here again with another new addition to our family coming!

Great location and property

Perfect stay at the property. Two couples with 4 kids under 4. There was ample space, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Joanie the property manager was very responsive. Pool grounds are beautiful, just steps to the beach.

Great Family Beach House

This clean & spacious home was perfect for our annual Thanksgiving family reunion of 7 adults & 2 small children, & the best house we have ever rented for our group. The furniture was all high-quality, the kitchen was fully stocked including plenty of sharp knives, there were more than enough plush bath & beach towels, & lots of pool & beach chairs as well as beach toys. The location can't be beat & there are views of the water from every bedroom. However, the garage spaces are small so plan your rental car accordingly. The property manager was extremely quick to respond to my texts. You will love it here!

Beautiful house and location

The house was as listed and absolutely beautiful. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool area was so fun! Communication with property manager was great. We had three issues (pool heater not working, broken toilet, broken shower door) and all were resolved same day. The proximity to the beautiful beach can't be beat! The large decks are perfect to listen to the waves and take in the sunsets. Wish we could live here all year long!

Great beach rental

We had a great week. Pool was warm and fun. It would make more sense to align the cleaning of it to the rental schedule as the bottom was sand covered at check-in. For the price point, the grill was unacceptable. It's a low end grill to begin with and it was in such bad condition we considered going out and buying a new one. We didn't but also only used it twice when we would normally have used it multiple times during the course of the week. It should be replaced immediately. Red tide was evident which is in no way controllable, but we did navigate dead fish each morning during beach walks. Beach was great, gulf warm - not at all crowded. Overall would recommend this home to others.

IRB Stay

This property is amazing! We had seven adults and five children and it was plenty of space for everyone. It is super close to the beach and the nightly sunsets from the deck were incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (except a wine opener!) and we enjoyed cooking meals for our group. The kids loved having our own private pool. Joanie was always just a text away and was very quick to answer any questions or issues. We would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay.

This property was in the perfect location. Close to Clearwater for excursions and Publex for groceries.. It was walking distance to a convenient store and a excellent indoor/outdoor resturant and nearby coffee shop. The gated entrance was a little tricky as was parking in the garage. The house was on prime property with its own private pool - that was on the West side of the house so could get full use of the pool almost all day without it being in the shade. This was something we really wanted and was hard to find. Our 2nd desired feature was to be right by the beach and it was. It was excellent for small children. A morning walk on the beach, swim in the ocean, and sit/swim at the pool during children's nap time. The 2 balconies allowed us to watch the beautiful sunsets! We were pleasantly surprised to find what the photos showed as a small sitting area off the pool had been converted to an additional bedroom. The only down side to this was it was the only access to the pool other than the front door on the side of the house. Most definitly a place we will seek out next time.

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of stairs!

The kitchen was well equipped. The lighting system completely went out so we had to sleep with the lights on one night which was crazy for the amount we paid.

Family celebration

Beautiful location in a gated area. Kids loved the pool and direct access to the Gulf. Three level home was well furnished. We ate all our meals out on the balcony on the large dining room table. Bedrooms on the third level all very nice. Don’t think it’s really good sleeping for 12. Maybe 8-10 is a better description due to lower level pull out sofa. Indian Rocks Beach is a nice area with shopping and restaurants.

Great family holiday

Beautiful house with great private pool and access to the beach. We were 4 sets of adults and 4 grandchildren with lots of private space and private bathrooms. Kitchen table and upper lanai table accommodated our gang. Room for 2 cars but guest parking a challenge. Loved it all and would highly recommend but would suggest it is time to replace kitchen silverware and dishes; lots of it but doesn’t match.

Great home & views. Lots of space.

Comfortable home for a big party - a lot of porches, nice pool. Clean and functional. Parking more than 2 cars can be an issue, but otherwise, excellent property. We likely will be back.
