Fairly good overall. Had a largeCockroach and a few other small bugs during our stay. Lower Baseboards on the walls in 1/2 bath and laundry room wereMissing for some reason. Overall it was a good stay.

Beach getaway

Very nice. Lots of stairs so you need to block those with young kids, and the elevator doesn't work so someone who can't easily climb one to two sets of steep stairs would be better of elsewhere, but it worked okay for us. Rent a wagon for the short beach trip if you are renting umbrellas or such. And avoid anything they might call a tent (even an awning) on the beach closest to the house, as they did a rare thing and made us take it down. Just on that beach/in the city.

Awesome place awesome location

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

Our son and now daughter in law were married on the beach and we ad 13 family members in backyard and for dinner. House was great and very easy for me to use in wheelchair. Great hosts!

Weekend Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

Family Vacation and Wedding was Amazing

The property is everything they said and more. It was very comfortable for my group of 12. Everyone had space and was able to relax or whatever they wanted. The downstairs play room and patio area was a big hit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the beach was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

My parents rented this house for 14 of us, 6 adults and 8 children. The house is beautiful, functional and the kids loved the swim spa and game room! It had a convenient location with a 2 min walk to the beach and short walk to many shops and restaurants.

Best house ever

We have rented many houses over the years. This house was absolutely awesome! It was perfect in every way. It was so well stocked, it had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was huge. The location was great. We could not have asked for more. I just can’t say enough good words about this place. I fell in love.

Perfect beach house

This house is perfect for families with small children. We had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson with us and the fenced back yard with artificial grass was perfect for them to play on. The swim spa was even better than having a pool because of the warm temperature. The beach was a very short walk, sonic we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal to run back for it. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for our group of 10. We had some noise from the inconsiderate neighbors that kept us awake a couple of late nights but they graciously allowed us another day and a late checkout! It was perfect for our needs. A beautiful house

In the perfect location Very short walk to beach No public parking in sight left the beach crowds far far away :) And that was on memorial weekend too! Lots of beach stuff left by previous guests came in handy ,,,.and did I mention the house was fantastic!! Won’t be surprised if I’m back the same week next year Thanks!

Second to none!

Location is the best, beautiful, quiet and clean beach. The town home is spacious for our family of 12. The kitchen had decent cooking items, they left us extra cleaning products and extra kitchen towels, nice touch! All in all, we love everything about this place, highly recommend. The agent was very nice and attentive, Heidi was second to none.... thanks much!

Great place, great location

You need no worries about staying at this beautiful property. Super convenient location to beach access, walking distance to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the amenities are awesome. Game room and hot tub gave us an additional lower level of fun!! (My only negative would be the carpet is worn and in need of updating) Other than that - Walk in, drop your bags and ENJOY!

Perfect vacation

This property is amazing. Very clean, very nice a perfect location for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Good location to great restaurants and the beach and the beach was great and not crowded at all. Perfect vacation especially during this crazy pandemic. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly. Definitely will be back to this property. One of our favorite vacations!!

Home great Homeaway NOT

Rental of property was great , but my experience with Homeaway and rebooking team was so bad I am unsure whether to ever book with Homeaway. I had rented another property that was sold 2 weeks befor my vacation and although I’d paid for that property in full , It was cancelled . I booked this property and it was a great place and almost made up for Homeaways lack of communication and apathy about my situation
