A great spot

Three families with kids aged 2-8 stated here and had the best time! A great set up with the pool and beach. We all felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed our visit.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Everything was clean and the pool and beach were wonderful. Only problem was a glitch with the LR TV. But there was plenty of others for our guys to watch The Game.

Wonderful treasure of a home

We enjoyed everything about the house, pool, short walk to the beach location to restaurants, grocery store. We would definitely stay again Only recommendation, needs bathroom on same level as pool

Great stay with family

The pictures are completely accurate, and the property lived up to our expectations in almost every way. Easy walk to the beach, with beautiful pool and lower level for the teens and twenty somethings to enjoy. Plenty of room, high end furnishings, all the amenities you need for a week away from home. Walked to Caddy's for dinner or drinks and grabbed a drink there while at the beach some days. We won't forget this vacation for a long while. The only very minor thing considering all the great was having to purchase some beach chairs as there weren't enough at the house for the size of our party (although there are a ton of pool recliners/chairs, just not ones you would carry to the beach) - we are a beach family so this mattered to us. Otherwise all great!

Beautiful Location

House was very accommodating and clean. 4 full baths and 4 bedrooms with one bedroom having 2 full/queen beds. 2 pullout couches. Plenty of linen, towels and about 10 beach towels. The views were amazing and nearness to the beach was fantastic. Pool was very nice and kept clean by a pool guy who stopped in twice a week. We enjoyed our stay! I would bring dish cloths and dish towels next time as there were none.

Beautiful Home and Pool

The house & pool was even better than we expected. The garage area includes a billiards table, Dart Board and indoor shuffle table that were all a big hit. There were pool toys for the kids and an area off the pool that included a refrigerator and lounge area with a TV. The weather was not great so we depended on the heated pool to entertain the kids. The only drawback was the lack of a hot tub. It does have an over flow area that is a little warmer though. Our only issue was with the management of the property. When we first arrived we were outside waiting for the cleaning person, who was sitting in the living room waiting for the sheets to dry, to give us the go ahead to enter and I finally decided we weren’t waiting and started unloading our stuff. There were issues with the TV (couldn’t access the Spectrum Cable svc) and an issue with a Security Video system that sits above the main balcony (which is right next to the master bedroom) whose light kept going on and off all night which made it difficult to sleep every night and never did get fixed. We were told by a maintenance guy that the property mgmt grp didn’t have access to it and only the Owners could adjust it. And they never did. Our assigned rep was great to start but wasn’t responding after the 3rd day. Overall it was a great place though.

Beautiful Location

Birthday celebration

Great location on Treasure Island Beach, we loved the house, what a beautiful place to relaxe, there was room for all 14 of us. Enjoyed the beach and the pool, everyone loved the table shuffle board, very relaxing and the weather was great!

Great house for big family vacation

This house is great and perfect for a family to stay in. We had 14 people and plenty of room and fun! The downstairs is so great for hanging out in, playing games, going tot he beach and pool. We already talked about going back. The location is perfect. Very close to Publix and restaurants.

Great location on the beach, needs some fixes

The location on the beach is excellent! Too bad the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as it is beyond it's useful life. There were also not enough forks (only 10) when there should be at least 1 per possible guest. Also, there are no smaller plastic cups for children. Had to clean the pool filter basket ourselves because the pool service did not do it.

Wonderful place to evacuate for a hurricane

We came from East Coast of Florida to escape Hurricane Isaias. What an amazing place to rest and relax!! Beautiful view, easy beach access, awesome pool and outdoor living area. Lots of room, extra air mattresses, baby gates. Kitchen was stocked with most cooking needs. We would love to come back.

Awesome vacation

This was our first time to Treasure Island. The house was awesome! Clean and perfect. All the linens were supplied, some paper products and cleaning supplies also. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. The beach access was great and the supplied chairs really make spending time on the beach so nice. Looking forward to booking again!
