Loud banging and drilling for 1 complete week of our stay forced us to leave the unit daily. Arrived at unit to find cashew nuts in living room. Living room needs better lighting.Both bathrooms need upgrades. I have booked another unit thru VRBO for next year. Some financial compensation for the construction issue would be appreciated.

We had a fabulous stay in Indian Shores. The kitchen was as well stocked and the beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels, etc were plentiful! Owners were great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything, yet peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room to relax, and everything felt convenient and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and location.A little hiccup on my part entering the condo but Ken and Ellen answered my call right away and my wonderful stay at Indian Shores began. Amazing property with amazing views!

Ken and Ellen are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive with the booking and helpful with questions during our stay. The property is gorgeous and very clean. The view was outstanding, and directly overlooking the beach. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Excellent Owners!

The owners and maintenance staff were excellent and accommodating. We actually rode out Hurricane Helene here! The storm surge was a record for this area. The owner even had daughter bring us food when island was restricted travel! TY We are looking forward to re-booking as soon as possible!

The perfect baby friendly spot for a family vacation beach getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family vacation. This condo slept 3 couples comfortably each having their own room. The view from the balcony was amazing and perfect for drinking morning coffee and evening sunset. We loved being steps from the beach and so appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, and even a beach umbrella! The pool was nice and heated with plenty of lounge chairs and we used the community poolside grill as well. We traveled with an infant so the included pack n play and high chair was so nice to not have to fly with those items. We enjoyed nearby restaurants, the bird sanctuary next door, and seeing dolphins right out front! Thank you for hosting us, we'd love to return.

Right on the Beach- perfect location!

Would give this condo 4.8 stars. Great condo and the location in the complex can’t be beat! 3rd floor up and direct ocean front. Great to see kids if they go on and off the beach. What we loved about this unit: Location! A really nice beach and convenient location Beachfront!! Spacious and clean Kitchen The balcony- Amazing sunset views and dolphins too Cushioned cabanas on the beach- $35/day Grills by the pool What we didn’t love: Sliding door in master were broken and did not open- such a disappointment as we love to sleep with the sound of the ocean Broken screen door for the sliding doors in the family room so either had to have the doors closed or open without screen (watch out for birds!) No TV remote in the bedroom with one bed. Nice TV but no way to use it Pool area just okay. Some broken umbrellas and lots of wasted space. Smaller pool. Needs a facelift. No night swimming Overall: Nice unit in an older complex. Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful. The direct ocean location can’t be beat! Thank you for the stay!

Winter Escape from Wyoming

We really enjoyed our stay at your location. We have been wanting to try a stay on the Gulf side of Florida for a bit now and we fell in love with the sugar sand! The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were definitely a plus on the days that were a bit cloudy and cooler. Just a note to add to your property description though. We rented a 15 passenger van for our group (10 total) and it definitely does not fit in the parking area underneath. Gratefully there was additional parking outside. We almost didn't make it though the parking garage with the van due to the height (by a hair). Overall it was a great place to stay. Thanks again for having us:))

Great time as always!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and love it! Very clean and literally steps from the beach. We saw dolphins several days while relaxing on the patio. The owners, Ken and Ellen, couldn't be more friendly to work with and everything you need is in the condo. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Our condo was in great condition, the view was breathtaking, and the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. The deck area was perfect! We also saw dolphins every morning which was a highlight of our trip. We do plan to visit again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the week with our family!
