From the start of booking to the end of our stay there was clear communication with the owners of the property. They were incredibly helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Lots of toys for the kids and a ton of beach chairs, boogie boards and floats for the pool/ocean. Nice size cooler (with wheels) for snacks and drinks to bring down along with a wagon to carry everything. 2 working elevators, everything inside and outside of the property was maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We will be coming back.

This condo was fantastic!!! It had a large number of beds and 3 full baths made it so easy for all 6 of us to have plenty of room. It was super clean with plenty of dishes for everyone. Honestly, the condo is prettier than the pictures. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Having a pool was a plus when we got tired of the salty sea. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and never crowded. The water was so clear you could see your toes in waist high water. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay! Everything was as shown on VRBO. Cindi was a quick to respond to all emails. The office staff, Danielle was so friendly. The only item needing fixed is the sliding door handle. Loved our stay and will be back.

Cindi’s condo is gorgeous, had everything we need for a great week. Location is amazing, not too busy but close to Clearwater and John’s Pass. Definitely recommend for families coming to the area for vacation.

Great stay! Since flying it was a pleasure to find all the beach necessities needed! Canopy, umbrellas, chairs, wagon. Noodles, boogey boards. Unit with 3 full baths helpful! Games and puzzles too many too mention!

Condo was updated and clean looking. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, all the beach necessities you would need for a great day on the beach such as sand buckets, shovels, chairs, canopy, and beach towels to list a few. Host was great to deal with and good communication. Staff on site was also great because we were going to arrive after closing but they had everything waiting for us. Balcony had plenty of seating and a nice view of the gulf! We would definitely rent again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Loved the location. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Providing beach chairs and towels was a huge bonus. Kitchen was well equipped with pans, utensils, keurig, drip coffee pot, and ninja air fryer. Plenty of bath towels and hand soap etc. Communication with host Cindi was fantastic. Could not ask for better hosts!! Super helpful and included a lot of suggestions regarding food. A few housekeeping items: having curtains or black out shades in the bedrooms would be so nice, considering it’s very bright in the mornings. There was a wall outlet in bedroom that did not have a face plate on it, would have been a bigger deal if we were traveling with kids. Ceiling fan in back bedroom was very wobbly and loud. Thank you for a spacious, clean, and friendly stay!! We had the best time.

This is a wonderful property in a great location!! The condo is well equipped and very, very nice. It's in a terrific location, with beautiful views of the Gulf and of the pool. The balcony is very large, with room for the whole family! Our family stayed at this condo with 7 adults and one child under two. It was perfect for us; we had plenty of room. It's so nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom and that the bedrooms are spread out a bit. The main living spaces are large and comfortable, and the furniture is perfect. The kitchen has everything needed! The walk down to the beach is quick, and the owners provide a wagon for hauling chairs, towels, toys, etc. The beach and pool are lovely, and the office staff is accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The property owners are exceptional; I mean they are the absolute best! Cindi wants to make sure people have a wonderful vacation while in their condo, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that happens. Communication is superior, and everything is well explained and all questions are quickly answered. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience renting this condo for a week. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Cindi and family!!! We had such a nice family vacation.

There was 10 of us. Two adults and 8 kids. Our place was breathtaking and absolutely beautiful. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One master and the other two rooms had 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable. Came with everything we needed. Would definitely come back and stay again. The communication was great and the office was very helpful with any questions we had. We were 10 miles from Clearwater and a short drive to John’s Pass. So many shops and places to eat. I can’t thank the owners enough for their place. It was beautiful. Quick elevators. We were on the 3rd floor and had a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. Another plus was the fact that they had extra chairs, beach toys, floats, ect. Definitely give it a 10/10 Thank you to the host for their hospitality and beautiful place.

We enjoyed the location and the availability to walk a short distance to the beach, pool and hot tub, beds comfortable and well stocked kitchen with all items needed We were unable to use the TV unless we paid for it and the washer/dryer was a disappointment.

This was our first time staying in a condo. The elevators were fast and we never felt like we had to wait long. The washers and dryers that are available on each floor did not work sometime and took our money, we did not get any answer from the support number. We arrived late and the office was able to get us into the room even though they were closed, I really appreciated this as I failed to read the check-in time requirements. The condo did not seem to be cleaned very well prior to our visit. It was due for a deep clean since I doubt the couple hours between renters is enough time to get it cleaned. The beach access is good, lots of people but it never felt crowded. I would stay at this property again, but would like to see it cleaned up more prior to the visit.

This is a beautiful condo with awesome views of the gulf. We enjoyed mornings on the beach collecting shells and swimming. Afternoons by the pool. The condo was well supplied with the cookware and utensils we needed. We made good use of the air fryer! Comfortable beds, a bathroom for each bedroom. Having a washer/dryer was convenient for small loads. Excellent communication with the hosts, as well as the property manager. We look forward to staying here again. Perfect family trip.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It is very clean, beautifully furnished, and has a nice water and pool view. We were there over Memorial Day Weekend so the beach was quite crowded for a couple of days but once the holiday crowd left, the beach and pool were peaceful and quiet. Cindi was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect and you have a nice view of the ocean from the condo. Condo was conveniently located to the community laundry room and elevator. Two elevators go to each floor so you never waited very long. Pool was clean and enjoyable and beach was perfect. Plenty of beach toys and chairs provided. A couple issues did arise but owner was extremely responsive.

What a wonderful property. We had a girls weekend with my Mom and 3 sisters. It was unusual to find the perfect property. As adults in our 50's, it was refreshing to find 2 bedrooms all with 2 queen beds in each room and w with a king. 3 bathrooms were also a bonus. The ocean view was perfect. The condo was stocked with everything one could need. There was an entire closet full of games. The communication with the host, Cindi was phenomenal. She was so responsive and gave great suggestions for a special Mother's Day buffet. Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back.
