Please no parties, events, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. (11 p.m. on weekends). Smoking is prohibited indoors; outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Small pets under 25 lbs require approval and a $50 pet fee. Children must be supervised in the pool area—no glass near the pool or spa. Check-in after 4 p.m.; check-out by 11 a.m. Late or early check-ins are subject to approval and availability. Please treat the home with care and respect the neighborhood.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.
