Our weekend stay at the Waterfront Breeze Condo was perfect. Our host provided clear, detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, and even stopped by shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed.The condo was ideal for our group of five and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the bay, homecooked meals and game night at the large communal table, and a cozy Sunday night of football watching.The location is also very convenient: close to shops, dining, and the beach. We would highly recommend the Waterfront Breeze Condo.

Wonderful experience!

The condo was perfect for our family and our friends' family. The condo was exceptionally clean and organized. There was ample space for all of us. The view was beautiful and I already miss the dolphins visiting us multiple times a day! Beach Time Rentals was wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond and very helpful. They did a great job keeping in touch prior to our stay and also during. The location was perfect and there is so much within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again or another property with Beach Time Rentals.

Excellent location

Property is in an excellent location. Restaurants and the beach are all very short walks away. The property was spacious and met our needs and expectations. The only criticism I have is that I did not find the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom to be very comfortable.

Relaxing home

I was able to cook entire Thanksgiving dinner with ease. The kitchen and entire home was fully equipped. The views and quiet environment made it so easy to relax and enjoy the time with family. Local stores, restaurants and beach conveniently close. Awesome Vacation!!

Family visit

wonderful oasis in the midst of hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. You can enjoy close up beach party style, sandy beach, roof top dining, bars and music. Then retreat to upper deck on quiet coastal waterways with gorgeous views.

5🌟’s for the property, location and management team. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and up to date on furnishings.The Harbor View was exactly what we wanted and was quite and relaxing. The views were amazing day and night with the beautiful homes and their docks/boats along the harbor. At night the lights from the docks reflecting on the water and the lights along Clearwater Beach and Gulfview Bvd. are beautiful providing a nice peaceful way the end the day setting on the balcony. The 7th floor unit also provides some Gulf views. The location was perfect with the beach being about a 5 to 7 min walk. Pier 60 and the Marina were about a 15 to 20 minute walk with restaurants and shops all along the way so it is an enjoyable walk. The property manager made the rental and check-in process seamless. Mona was our contact and she was super nice and really provided all the information we needed for a great week.

AWESOME location in Clearwater!

This rental was the BOMB! Loved the unit, the location, the property manager. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful our stay was! The unit was perfect and made a nice home away from home for our group of six. It was worth it just for the FABULOUS view from the balcony! Absolutely amazing to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. We even saw dolphins one morning. It was quite painful to return home and not get to continue to wake up to that view each morning! The location was PERFECT!!! A quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and so many great spots in walking distance (restaurants, bars, ice cream). We didn't have to drive anywhere. Check-in and out was a breeze. Very easy communication with the property manager, and always a fast response. She really was a gem the entire week! (Thank you, Mona, if you are reading this)! We will definitely be back!

Highly recommended

Stayed 5 days for a family vacation. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. We watched dolphins in the harbor from the balcony and enjoyed the sunrises. Quiet, spacious and clean! Management was great to work with, friendly and responsive.

Wedding fun!

Beach Time Rentals were great to work with. We stayed at Waterfront Breeze for my son's wedding that occurred on the Majesty located at Clearwater Marina. Our group consisted of 7 adults and a 4 year old. The condo is just as pictured. It is within walking distance to everything. A small grocery store is just a block away. Beach access within a few minutes walking. The condo is equipped well including a few beach chairs, a cooler, ice packs, boogie boards, sand buckets, a good amount of cooking equipment. Easy access to the condo and good safe parking. I really loved that we could leave left over food to donate to a food pantry. Kudos to Beach time Rental for this alone!

Best view of the bay!

The condo is very clean and has all the linens, laundry facilities, towels you should need for your group. The patio is by far the best part of the condo - - we spent hours out there watching the dolphins frolic. Very very cool. Easy walk to restaurants and ice cream shops. Beach was very busy on our end so had to walk quite a distance to get to a less crowded spot for our group. Mona the manager was fabulous! Overall a wonderful family vacation and fun memories forever.
