Beginning with excellent, prompt communication with the hosts to cleanliness of the property, landscaping of the community, to close proximity to so many beaches, This Villa was absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to return which we will probably be doing a lot as our daughter will be attending a local college!

Absolutely perfect location if you're ok not being on the beach! The size is perfect and the condo had all the necessities and more for your stay! The pool was nice and quiet, literally a 2 minute walk from the condo. The king bed was very soft and comfy! The thermostat worked wonderfully as it was super hot outside but always nice and cold inside the condo. The food around the area was all amazing, everywhere we ate was easily within 2-15 minutes away. The grocery store is 5 minutes away and it's a nice section of St Petersburg that's peaceful and not congested or touristy. The staff on site maintaining the plaza was nice and the communication from the owners was top notch and easy! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better location with a better price. This is by the far the best bang for your buck!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo!! Excellent area, close to many beaches! Loved that they had cooler, beach chairs and towels for the beach!! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were large, large closets and comfortable beds. Plenty of room and extra sheets and towels if pull out couch needed to be used. Wonderful balcony that looked out over the golf course with gorgeous sunshine in the morning where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Sat out on balcony in the evening also in the warm air. Just heavenly

The home itself is lovely! super clean, very comfortable and welcoming, a great location, but it was the hosts that stood out to me. On our recent stay, we had an unexpected medical emergency, I contacted the owners who immediately replied . They could not have been more kind, supportive and accommodating. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again for your generosity and compassion.

We stayed here for a week and we would recommend it. The resort property is quiet and great for leisurely walks, but is a short drive to St Pete Beach for restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and as described in the listing. The beds and couches were comfy and the provided snacks and Keurig & pods were a nice touch. And the owners were very prompt in responding to questions before and during our stay. Overall, we would come back.

Great Condo & Hosts

My family was impressed with the condo. The hosts were always quick to respond, and they provided a pack ‘n’ play that we used as a crib - saving valuable trunk space. We would stay at this location again.
