You'll appreciate the secured entry lobby, and designated covered parking conveniently located outside the controlled access elevator that whisks you to the fourth floor. The expansive pool area features restrooms and grilling facilities, leading you directly to the private beach access, granting you an exclusive resort-like experience. Please note that the condo’s reserved parking space measures 79” in height and 17.5’ in length; suitable for a standard-height Chevy Tahoe, but please ensure your vehicle fits as other beach parking spaces are in high demand.
