Wonderful location, great management

Everything was better than imagined for our stay. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. The sunsets from the balcony over the ocean were unbeatable. The communication from the property manager company was prompt, courteous and helpful. The apartment’s condition and amenities were perfect for us. We look forward to visiting here again.

Clearwater Vacation

This beach condo is exactly as described with amazing beach views from the 5th floor! The manager was thorough, responsive, and provided helpful information regarding the area. Would highly recommend! Would stay here again.

Wonderful Accommodation

The condo was as advertised with a beautiful beach steps away. Perfect for a week long getaway with another couple. Walking distance to our favorite place on the beach The Palm Pavilion. Mona was easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions and concerns. We all agreed we would stay there again😊

Great unit, great location!

We just enjoyed a short, but excellent, 2-night stay in unit A17. The condo was great! Clean, well kept, nicely appointed. It was better than the pictures. We were able to take advantage of several nice extras provided in the storage/laundry room during the time of our stay, including beach towels, beach chairs, a soft sided cooler, beach bags, an umbrella, and some beach and surf toys. Location was excellent! The unit is just far enough north up the beach that you can have a little lesser crowds on the beach, yet still very close to some great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Communication was excellent. Parking was great. Everything was as easy as could be. I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this unit for you stay on Clearwater Beach,

Great view of Gulf of Mexico

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this rental which had all the amenities we needed and especially, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico! We found fun and relaxation as we shared amazing memories in this hidden gem.

Towels were dirty and everything smell of strong laundry detergent

When we got there the towels were not clean. Some still had make up on them other towels had brown spots. We had to wash all of them. They use a very strong smelling laundry detergent which is very bad for allergies. Some lightbulbs were burned out, a few outlets didn’t work. The microwave broke the second day there. When we called about it they said they’d have to measure and order one. We ask for a counter top microwave which they did get. It was left at the door for us to deal with. You have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags etc and take your trash out. For the price would much rather stay at a condo with some amenities

Simply Perfect for us

From reservation to check out everything was perfect. Condo as well appointed with nice bedding and towels. Kitchen had everything you need. Balcony was wonderful to sit out on and listen to the waves. We would enthusiastically recommend this condo. Location was so convenient to walk to many places to eat or have a cocktail. Parking was simple to park your vehicle and covered. Thank you.

Christmas family vacation

We arrived late Christmas Eve. The electric door code didn’t work si I had to call the office at 1:30 am. They were able to change the combination remotely but i was really inconvenient. There was only a half used roll of toilet paper. Christmas morning I had to make a trip to CVS. Again inconvenient. The condo location was perfect. We have family that live in Clearwater so it made fir a great place at the beach to gather.

Great condo, incredible view

This condo is updated and very clean. Best part is the outstanding ocean view from the large balcony. Condo sits right on Clearwater beach, walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Some of the pics may need to be updated, as some of the furniture is different than what is shown. But other than that, my wife, parents and 2 year old daughter couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to come back!

Family Trip

We loved the property and the location. Mona was great to work with. The condo had plenty of room for 5 adults. It was updated and nicely decorated. The pantry in the kitchen allowed us to keep our food off the counters and out of sight. The master bath was great with plenty of room for your stuff. The balcony had a great view of the beach and sunsets. We were able to walk to restaurants and gift shops. We will definitely come back.

Beach vacation

My wife and & I stayed at your property for a quick socially-distanced beach getaway. This was a very nice location. Only minor concern was the air conditioner in the unit. We couldn't set it below 75 degrees, which made the condo a bit stuffy. The fans helped, but being able to turn the air conditioner down lower would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Villas of Clearwater Beach

This was a very last minute choice since our original destination was hit by the hurricane, but now, this will be our new "go to." The unit was clean and much nicer than the pictures. Communication was terrific and better than any other rental I've used before. All digital access, so no card keys to carry around. Beach was probably better than Pensacola or Gulf Shores which really surprised us. Overall just a great vacation and we'll be heading back.
