I highly recommend this beautiful condo, and will very likely return. It has everything you could possibly need; with incredible views, tasteful decor, peaceful surroundings, and yet is close to everything. It was perfect for our team visiting for a week-long conference plus beach time! The owners were quick to answer all questions and great to work with. I give Gulfer's Paradise an A rating!!!

From the initial contact Jen/Marty great communicators. Condo beautifully updated and appointed. The beds were super comfortable and the linens first class quality. The owners provided starter kit with toilet paper, paper towels, cascade and laundry detergent. They thought of everything to make the condo welcoming and easy. Thank you.

Excellent Stay!

The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed! It made our stay super easy. They have thought through every detail with this property. We enjoyed utilizing the pool, walking the neighborhood and heading to the beach. The condo is close to local airports, downtown St. Pete or Tampa and a 5 minute drive to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-grille. We love Isla and enjoyed being on this part of the island. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

A Great Place to Visit!

This was our first stay on Isla Del Sol. Marty and Jen thought of everything making our stay very enjoyable. The location is great! Bike trails, tennis near by, the beach, church, and great restaurants. We are hoping to visit again soon.

Wonderful Stay Again

GULFERS PARADISE

This clearly is an investment property for vacation rentals and it shows. It is a vacationers dream. It is both well appointed and comfortable. Great location, close to the pool, view from patio is pleasant--water and spout--parking spot directly in front of unit. Owners available 24/7, BUT you will never have to contact owner; nothing has been left to chance. Every drawer, cabinet, switch plate, appliance is [tastefully] labeled. Electronic info as well. Even a starter kit of basic needs is provided. We've been renting in St. Pete for several years and in Bahia; can't do better. If you wish to cook on vacation, the kitchen is well equipped; if you don't there is close by an endless supply of restaurants on and off the water. Very fine property.

Simply amazing !!

This place is amazing ! Very clean and has everything you need while away from home. We visited St. Pete for our 25th anniversary along with our kids and chose this because of the location . It is close to the beaches and not far from many restaurants , stores and entertainment …within minutes . The pool is just a short walk from the condo . Marty and Jen were great to work with .They communicated promptly with us . Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

Wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at Gulfer’s Paradise. The condo is exactly as pictured online, and exceeded our expectations. It is by far the most well stocked place we have rented for vacation. You can pack your clothes, and just show up! They have taken care of the rest!! The hosts are fantastic to work with and are very communicative. Getting the digital copy of the information book prior to leaving was so helpful, as I was actually able to remove some things I was going to pack when I read that! The location of this unit is great. Quiet, but still family friendly. Short walk to the pool. There is a lot to do in the area for whatever it is you may be looking for. We are really hoping we are able to make it back and stay here again another time. It was great!!

Exceptional accommodations!

Kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve visited! Comfortable beds, plush bath towels and the condo facility was clean, nicely decorated and quiet! We enjoyed golf, pickleball and biking. The beaches were pristine and the ocean water was tourquuoise blue! And did I mention the unbelievable sunsets?!! Hosts were so quick to respond and were helpful and attentive! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Visit to St. Pete

My visit to Gulfer’s Paradise was such a pleasure! The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated, had a beautiful view, and conveniently located. It was a short trip from the condo to visit family in south St. Pete and to the beach at Pass-A-Grille. The condo’s kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and noodles were available for our use. Jen and Marty were wonderful hosts. Caroline
