Fantastic location in the not so touristy part of town. Walk to the beach was just across the street. Great local restaurants nearby. The beach area was way less crowded than areas about 1/2-1 mile away. It was a very easy drive from the Tampa airport and plenty of parking. The host was very communicative and gave us great recommendations after our arrival for places to eat.

Quality stay

We enjoyed our stay here. We had all the tools to cook and everything was as described and very clean. Tips for those who stay. For hot shower water turn the knob towards the door. The broom is on the side of the refrigerator. There’s beach chairs and floaties by the pool and by a shed next to the office. Overall great stay and Clearwater is a very lively city.

extended stay apartment

Stayed in this apartment with my child, husband, and mother in-law. Apartment was spacious and comfortably fit the size of group we had. The location was amazing, just a block away from the beach, and it had an amazing heated pool on sight for cooler days. We also loved the retro vibe the host was trying to achieve. It was a priority for us to have a kitchen, but I would have liked to have more dish clothes, tea towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap for doing dishes during our stay. The bathroom is very small an offers little to no counter space for storage, which was a challenge for 4 people. There was also nowhere to hang wet towels. Installing a few more hook behind doors would go a long way to helping keep towels fresh and reusable. Additionally, the closet space was large, which would have been nice since we were here for over a week, but there were only a few hangers so the space was largely not usable as the shelves were too high for kids and elderly guests. Finally, communication with the host was very timely and helpful. Since we had not stayed here before we did not know where the laundry area was located or how to get fresh towels or where to take our full trash bag, but the host was very helpful in helping us access these services. I will definitely be staying here with my family again!

Perfect vacation

We loved this adorable place! It was our first time to Clearwater but definitely will not be our last. Easy, quick drive from the Tampa Airport to this place. The part of the beach we were at was not crowded at all. Only down was the A/C did not keep the place as cool as we wanted but Antoni responded quickly and maintenance brought a fan that helped! 10/10 recommend this place!

Family vacation

We came to Clearwater Beach for my son to do the Aquarium Summer camp, and to have a family vacation. The apartment we stayed in worked for our needs while there. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. Communication with our host was wonderful and they responded back quickly.

Just Perfect!

This property was perfect for our short stay in Clearwater Beach. It was very clean and bright and even impressed our teenage daughters. The location is very close to the beach so I wasn't sure if we would end up using the pool, but it came in clutch for after dark swims!

Good Location But Overpriced and Rundown

We loved the location. It's an easy walk to the beach and town while also being quiet. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were the problems. When we arrived the handle on the bathroom sink was in three pieces, though after emailing the host someone came and fixed that. The toilet handle doesn't work properly and continued to make noise like the tank was always filling. The shower drain doesn't work well, so you're standing in ankle-deep water while showering. And the kitchen was sparse . There was just 1/4 roll of paper towels and a picnic-size pepper shaker. No salt, no cutting board, etc. Left in the oven was a dirty cookie sheet with crumbs all over it. The cabinets and frig are beat-up. The bathroom needs repairs and the kitchen an update. Also, a heads-up. All the photos in the listing are not for this apartment.

The bathroom sink didn't work. No tub stopper. No bathroom near pool. One in office but it was mostly closed. I love the ease of check in and out. Love the location. Staff is helpful. The price is good. Relaxed vibe. Close to beach playground restaurants bars and nightlife. You can walk to everything. Outside showers outside tables for picknicks. Clean and comfortable. Ice machine by pool. Pool was clean waterfall was pretty
