Great location

It was not clean when we arrived. Urine in toilet. Most things not wiped down. Couldn’t get in right away Vacasa sent us wrong info in an email to enter the condo…we had groceries and couldn’t get in until contact Vacasa took a while very stressful. Property pool, gym, beach all good. Great proximity to restaurants, grocery, and trolley to Clearwater.

Beautiful place. Great location

Condo was beautiful. Great views from all the balconies. Loved the location, close to the action but not right on top of it. Quiet place. Some hiccups upon getting in the condo. They sent me the wrong code. And the wifi wasn’t working and I had to make a few phone calls and wait several times for someone to come fix it. One of the toilets was not functioning properly. Bit overall very good experience. Nice pool and hot tub. And right in the beach. Furniture and beds very comfortable.

Perfect escape

Beautiful unit with gorgeous views! It was a little hard to find a beach chair so I would recommend taking/renting/buying one. It’s super easy to access the beach. Fabulous trip and highly recommended! I hope I’ll be lucky enough to return one day!

Crescent Beach Club 12D

The property is very nice. Check in was easy and the unit was clean and pretty well equipped. I would stay here again but not in this particular unit. The second bedroom stayed very warm due to inadequate window coverings. The window in the bathroom, which was oddly placed, had zero window covering. My teenage daughter and her friend were afraid to bathe after dark for fear of being seen from the street. This also allowed the sun to blare into the room all day. The room never cooled off. The sliding glass door that opens up to the breakfast area did not have a window covering either. The unit never got cool which was disappointing considering the heat and humidity this time of year. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anybody with kids. I’ve never seen an uptight and flat out rude management team like the group at this building. I watched members of management walk “citations” out to the pool where families were swimming. The children were too loud, running, playing with unapproved toys, etc., so the parents were fined on the spot. I’ve never witnessed anything like it. It made sense after being there for a few days and seeing how rigid the other members of management were. If you don't want renters who are vacationing, laughing, talking in the hallways or having a good time then stop allowing units to be rented.

Generally A Positive Experience

Things We Liked: - Advance materials from manager were very helpful - Check-in was smooth and as expected - Property location was a plus - The condo was spacious and well laid-out - 2 1/2 baths were ideal - Master bedroom, bath, and closet were extra large - We slept well except for the wind-howling (see below) What We Didn't Like - The ultra-modern decor was all cold and hard surfaces. Not cozy. - With sliders open we could easily hear conversations from the pool area. - One windy night the sliders created a howling noise that interrupted sleep many, many times. - We could hear toilets being flushed in units above us - The parking garage is very tight and parking was a challenge - There were wet towels in both baths when we first arrived! - There was no shampoo requiring an unplanned trip to the store upon arrival. - We expect at least a one-day coffee supply when we VRBO. There was none in this unit necessitating a 2nd trip to the store the first morning. - The family portraits on the master bedroom wall near the bed are inappropriate and off-putting. - The masterbath desperately needs a 2nd towel bar - The Kleenex supply ran out on day #2...

Beautiful condo with water views from all windows

We may have been the first people to stay in this condo after the renovation. It is absolutely beautiful. The beach is amazing and there are water views from all the windows. The balcony furniture was delivered while we were and from that day forward and we spent the majority of our time on the large balcony overlooking the gulf as the furniture was so comfortable. The linens are top-notch as well as all the kitchen equipment. The location is an easy trolley ride into Clearwater beach. There is a strip mall close by with restaurants and shops. We walked there every day for breakfast. The Columbian, a very nice restaurant, is right next to the strip mall.
