Clearwater Stay

Great location

The place and area were great! Walking distance to beach,restaurants,bars etc. The host had great communication and recommended some good places to try, we loved clear sky!

The place is two minutes from the beach by foot. Several very good dining options with in walking distance. Property was clean as was the pool. Wonderful stay.

Over all it was ok The condo needs better pots pans and dishes .All so more towels since we stayed 6 Days and only had 2 towels per person

Thank You for a great stay and for let me know about my credit card was on the grounds. That was great service. Just one thing the router light on the bedroom is too shiny and a air antenna should be on the TV. It’s a great place to walk to the beach. We are planning to go back soon.

Beaches are close

We had a nice stay, I will say the kitchen was not very well stocked, a tv in the bedroom would have been nice. The on sight maintenance was great. Andre took care of all our requests quickly and with a smile. Overall it was great

Great stay at a great property!

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The property was exactly as described clean, well maintained and short walk to the beach. Antoni and Andre made sure that the minor issue we had with our TV was taken care of, literally in minutes. Restaurant recommendations provided were terrific and we only a few minutes walk to many establishments. We spent 17 nights at the Monaco Vacation property and would definitely book again in the future.

Great Place

We would not hesitate to come back, the rooms were clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The location was so close to everything, restaurants, beach, shopping. The pool area we a nice surprise, it was beautiful. Crystal clear and two beautiful waterfalls. Also a nice surprise was the ice machine. We were able to fill up our cooler before walking to the beach. We did not use the kitchen, but it seem to have everything you would need.

Winter thaw

My wife and I stayed here for a 2 week January thaw. We were literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, just as the host had said. We walked the beach for miles almost every morning and then returned most days to watch another beautiful sunset. Our room/apartment was just as advertised, so no disappointment there. Free washer and dryer in the complex,was nice bonus. The place is on the northern end of Clearwater Beach and we really enjoyed that. There's a couple of really good restaurants/bars 5 mins away by foot that are literally right on the beach. That was great!

This VRBO was great! Just as described. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and many good restaurants and watering holes nearby. It's perfect for a couples getaway weekend. The host was kind, and helpful and offered good local suggestions. We would definitely come back to this VRBO. It's off the main strip which we liked since it was still nearby without all of the noise!

Great apartment Close to beach

We originally rented a one-bedroom with a bed and living room with a pull-out sofa the sofa had been damaged to the previous customers so Antoni was very nice and immediately switched us to a different unit that had two bedrooms and was a little bit bigger than the first one very nice apartment manager was very fast that replying to any of our needs it says the beach is about a 5-minute walk it's less than that and a good spot especially if you're staying with kids or just looking for a little bit of a quieter night time at Clearwater Beach. There are beach chairs and cooler for your use. The pool was great. Don't let me forget to mention the beds, pillows & blankets were all comfortable. I would..... I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Antoni for everything!

Great location and management was great!

My husband couldn’t make it due to work so my parents came with myself and my 2 small kids. The property was so cute and retro especially at night with the different color lights and the room was clean and very close to the beach. We had a great time and would stay here again!
