Beautiful condo with an amazing gulf water view. Steps away from the beach allowed us to go in and out easily. The condo is two floors above the bar and comfy outdoor seating area and the pool is to the side, so an active side of the building, but we liked that and it was still very quiet at night for sleeping. Worth it to see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony or wake up and look out on the quiet morning beach. Carolyn was a great host and I would 100% recommend this rental. The on-site cafe is a huge bonus too. Loved our week-long stay!

The condo is set up well. The view from the balcony is fabulous - facing West to the sunsets over the bay. Pool and hot tub are great. Beach is right there and huge.

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were quite comfortable which is important to me when I stay at a rental property. It was well equipped with plenty of cups dishes bowls and cookware. As stated in the description on the website it was very close walking distance to the beach and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was super clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Lots of on site amenities. Very safe neighborhood. Pack light, there's so much already in the unit and if you're missing anything Publix is super close. Carole was great, excellent communication, and instructions throughout the unit. Overall, great experience from start to finish. We will look to return soon!! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

This condo is very clean and decorated so cute and beachy. Check-in instructions from Carolyn were very clear and concise. The kitchen is very well stocked which appreciated when you're flying to your destination. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is spectacular. The location is great as well, just steps from the beach and never a far trip to any restaurants or shopping destinations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great for family vacation

It was an easy check in process with great directions. Beautiful views directly of the beach and great access to the beach. The kitchen was immaculate and had all the right amenities to be able to cook. The place was in excellent condition and well maintained. It had lots of stuff for the beach with toys, towels, boogie board, and cooler.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this condo! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels—and the layout was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was perfect —close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.We especially loved the balcony view, pool, and quick walk to the beach which made our stay even more memorable. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location with ocean view avd beautiful sunsets. The condo was the best as far as being well equipped with amenities and everything we needed. Extremely clean, updated and beautiful. Spring Break 2025

We’ve stayed at Sunset Vista multiple times, but this unit was, by far, the best we’ve had. Everything has been beautifully updated, and the unit is kept spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary dishes and supplies, making it easy to cook meals. The condo also provides a great selection of beach gear, including chairs, towels, and toys, which was a nice touch. The TVs, appliances, ceiling fans, and other amenities are all new and in perfect working condition—something that isn’t always the case in other units within the building. The owner went above and beyond by stopping by after we checked in to ensure everything was in order and met our expectations. We highly recommend this unit for anyone staying at Sunset Vista!
