However you split up the group, everyone gets a real bed.

The primary bedroom is a queen, with its own smart TV, reading lamps on both sides of the bed, another remote ceiling fan, and a closet and dresser cleared out and ready for your things.

We call the second bedroom the surfboard room. It has a queen bed, touch-sensitive bedside lamps you tap on and off, a smart TV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a dresser we leave completely empty for you.

In the living room, a comfortable couch with a twin trundle underneath pulls out to sleep two more — so a group of six settles in without anyone drawing the short straw. Extra bedding is waiting in the bedroom dresser.

☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆

The home has one full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Worth knowing before you book: there is no bathtub in the house.

The shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and you'll find fresh towels and a hair dryer in the vanity drawers — so you can pack a little lighter and spend more of your trip at the beach.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE ☆☆

The kitchen is genuinely stocked, not just technically equipped. Electric range and oven, air fryer oven, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster and electric kettle. Pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, colanders, a knife set, oven mitts, dishes and glassware for the whole group, plus basic spices to get you started.

Coffee drinkers are covered twice over — a Keurig for the person who's up first and a drip machine for everyone else, filters included.

The living room is built for the end of a beach day: comfortable seating, a smart TV, and blackout sun shades on every window that pull up in a second when you want the light back. The dining area seats four for meals, cards, or planning tomorrow.

The back yard is the reason people book this house, and it's fully fenced and private.

Sink into the hot tub once the sun drops and let the day catch up with you. String yourself into the hammock in the shade with a book. Pull a chair under the patio umbrella with your morning coffee before anyone else is up.

Fire up the grill for an easy dinner outside, then eat under the umbrella as the evening cools off — no cooking indoors and no dishes piling up in the kitchen.

The outdoor shower is the detail guests tell us about afterward — rinse the sand and salt off before you ever walk through the door, which keeps the house feeling clean all week.

Out front there's off-street parking for up to three cars, so day trips and beach runs stay simple even with a full house.

☆☆ BRINGING THE DOG ☆☆

Up to two dogs are welcome here, and the fully fenced yard means they can be off the lead from the moment you unclip them.

That outdoor shower works just as well on a sandy dog as it does on a sandy kid. Dogs may stay at the house while you're out exploring, as long as they're crated when unattended — please bring your own crate.

☆☆ THE BEACH KIT ☆☆

Here's what makes this house different from every other rental on the block: you don't need to buy a thing on the way in.

Waiting in the laundry closet you'll find two boogie boards, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a sand mat, and a bin of beach toys. Two camping chairs are in there too. Load up the car, drive ten minutes to Indian Rocks Beach, and you're set for the day.

Take whatever you need — we just ask that it comes home so the next family finds it there too.

We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The entire house and the whole back yard are yours. No shared spaces, no host on site.

Park up to three cars in the driveway, and let yourself in with your own door code, which we send before you arrive.

The beach kit is in the laundry closet just inside the side door. Help yourself to any of it, and please bring it back so the next family finds it there too. Just lock the side door whenever you head out for the day.

The full-size washer and dryer are yours to use, along with a vacuum, broom and dustpan if you would like to tidy up mid-stay.
