I have stayed at VRBO’s before and this was the very first place that actually was as beautiful and clean as the pictures showed!!! It stood up to the rating that has been posted and better. It has been decorated so simply, beautiful, comfortable and befitted the beach area. We had enough bedrooms/beds/supplies for 3 adults and 3 children. Erika spelled out the instructions so clearly and very tastefully helped you remember them, if you forgot, by placing little cards around. She left instructions in a book in both English and Spanish. Erika also is so perfectly detailed in anticipating every need you could have. There were so many supplies from the bathroom to the beach to the living spaces. We are truly hoping to come back as soon as we can. Erika was also very quick to respond to any questions! She, and her home, are a solid 5 star rating!!!!! It made for a lovely, relaxing weekend!!!!

It was PERFECT … no exaggeration. I have rented & stayed in many Beach locations. The set-up/floor plan of the house was great for a multiple family vacay. I had my grown children with the grands, and we could not have been happier!The house had EVERYTHING…. High chair, pack n plays, bicycles, wagon, beach toys, ice chest…and plenty of beach towels! I had to fly into TPA & always travel light, so this was perfect! The kitchen was more than ample…The outside area for just relaxing was the best. There is a propane gas grill (although we didn’t use it this time…) walking distance to grocery store and restaurants … and Ice Cream shop for the grands. It is not crazy busy like Clearwater, Destin, or Panama City areas!! That for us was bonus. Wanted a laid back, beautiful, fun beach trip!We will rent this house repeatedly!!Love Love Love it!

This house had everything we needed for our stay, which included 2 school age children and a baby. The bunk room was great (of note there is a door that leads to the back yard in that room) and the pack and play fit in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and you can't beat the location! So close to the beach and playground. The host was easy to communicate with and we would stay again!

This was such a lovely, easy stay. The cottage had everything we were looking for in a family getaway spot. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The beach gear and bikes, the grill and equipment, all got some use. Erika was super communicative and responsive. All the labeled lights and little signs made the cottage really easy to be in. And the there’s the beach access! So wonderful to be just across the street! Amazing sunsets just a few steps from your door! And a light-controlled crosswalk right at the corner so you don’t have to risk life and limb to get there. Absolutely the perfect spot for us.

Erika was very responsive and helpful! She saved my family vacation at the last moment! Even responded and helped on Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and plenty of space. Everything was new and clean. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there and did not need anything. Full kitchen! Definitely going again! Can't forget to mention the perfect location. Easy access to beach and local spots. :)

The home is beautifully appointed, better than well equipped. Erika has thought of everything! The split floor plan worked incredibly for our group. Two single moms with 4 kids, they had one side and the adults on the other. Beds were very comfortable, slept like baby's, all of us. The "cabana" ourside was more like a secluded office space, perfect for work. I cant say enough, dont delay, if its available....book!!We walked to TJs Italian restaurant, unbelievable food, ice cream shops in the evening were such a sweet treat for all of us. Beach is basically right across the street!! We will be back...

Perfect beach house for family

We rented this beach for a family of 9 getaway. House was very clean and put together. cabana with beach chairs, beach stroller, 2 bikes, beach umbrellas. Everything that made our stay very easy. One block away from beach. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Host provided very detailed information that was helpful for our stay. many restaurants, grocer and coffee shop within walking distance. this beach house highly recommended and we would love to return if we vacation in the area.

Great Location Close to the Beach

We had a great stay at Indian Rocks Beach. This house was conveniently located to the beach with all the beach items we needed to spend two enjoyable days on the beach. The back yard is great for winding down and having a drink after our day at the beach. And speaking of a drink, check out Coco's Crush Bar & Gill. Great drinks and food. Highly recommend this location.

Beach retreat

My family had a wonderful time at this beach house. We are a family of 10, including children and young grandchildren and this home worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of room, each bedroom was nice with very comfortable beds, bathrooms and kitchen also great and the 2 living rooms worked out so well. The yard was lovely with plenty of seating and having the grill was so convenient as we cooked in most nights. I can’t say enough about how thoughtful and organized Erika, the host is. Her home is very clean and she had every beach supply one would need, especially for children.. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. Best of all… the beach is literally across the street!!!

Short stay in Indian Rocks Beach

House was great. Located in a residential neighborhood near a couple of playgrounds. And a 5 minute walk to beach. It was well equipped and bedrooms were laid out really well. Comfortable living room and dining area. We would definitely return.

Perfect getaway!

We had a fantastic stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect, as promised. The beds were super comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely return and recommend!

Very Clean and Close to the Beach

The house was well stocked with everything you need for a nice beach weekend, also with cute beachy restaurants within walking distance . Very short walk across the street to the beach. Hostess was very courteous with excellent t communication. We would definitely consider returning

Graduation trip

Great place! Just as listed. Erica was great to work with. Slower paced town. Enjoyed breakfast at many nearby restaurants, days at the short walk to the beach, evenings eating some great seafood and watching the sunset.
