"The owner included creature comforts in this studio to make it comfortable for the space. Recliners, full kitchen, nice bath, and storage. Appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs, and cooler. Communication with the owner was easy as well as entry. The location is fantastic. Pass-a-grille beach is beautiful and just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby including the Paradise Grill. Enjoyed music on the beach and the bell ringing at sunset. "

"All in all we enjoyed our stay. The place fit all of us, we felt safe, easy short walk to the beach, food, ice cream, some stores. However, the listing was a little misguiding. The listing states there are 5 beds in the main house. There are only 3 and two sofa beds. If Sofa beds would have been listed we may have chosen differently for our group. There is an oder in the living area, pretty yucky. We had to have maintenance come and fix some doors and WiFi. But other than that the stay was...

"The condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals. There were extra beach items in closet, that was a bonus! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. From the balcony we saw dolphins daily and we were fortunate enough to see a couple of manatees. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This was a great little place for our week long vacation. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The 2 bathrooms and W/D really came in handy. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the condo was on the back of the building instead of the front. The beach view was limited and there was a little road noise. I'm guessing those 2 factors made the price a little lower so it was a good trade off for us."
