  • Welcome travellers to our exquisite apartment nestled in the heart of St. Paul`s, a picturesque locality and the perfect setting to immerse yourself in the beauty of Malta!

    Our home boasts stunning views of St. Paul`s Islands from its private terrace, offering a breathtaking backdrop for your stay.

    Having 2 bedrooms & a sofa bed, it comfortably takes up to 7 guests, making it an ideal choice for groups seeking a memorable getaway.

    Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, living, WIFI & AC

    All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

    Living Spaces| Step into the invitingly decorated living room, where you`ll find the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure in Malta. Get cozy on the comfy sofa, catch up on your favourite movie on the SMART TV, or simply soak in the sunlight streaming through the large windows.

    The living area also includes a sofa-bed which can accommodate one more guest, making sure that all linens and towels will be provided accordingly.

    Take pleasure in the exclusive use of our private terrace, boasting breathtaking sea views of St. Paul`s and its picturesque surroundings. Enjoy the comfort of outdoor furniture provided solely for our guests` enjoyment.

    Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and kettle. Stocked with cookware and utensils, it`s perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and ideal for any length of stay, whether short or long.

    Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, all of which are single beds . For over an above 6 guests, we can arrange one extra person by setting up the sofa-bed.

    Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms, both featuring a shower and a toilet. One of the bathrooms includes a washing machine which guests can use at their own convenience.

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

    Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

    Enjoy complimentary WiFi access and air conditioning throughout your stay for added comfort and convenience.

    24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
