  • Welcome travellers to our charming penthouse in the beautiful town of St Pauls! The place is perfect for groups wishing to have easy access to the island while also enjoying the comfort of feeling at home away from home!

    The beauty of this place is the large terrace area equipped with a dining area, loungers & BBQ facilities! Enjoy the use of the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for short & long stays.

    All areas of the apartment are equipped with air-conditioning & WiFi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

    Living Spaces| Relax in the inviting living area furnished with comfortable seating. Enjoy entertainment with a large TV and perhaps unwind with a book.

    The dining area offers a cozy space for enjoying meals together. Large windows throughout brings in natural beautiful light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.

    Outdoor | The spacious terrace which boasts loungers for soaking up the sun and relaxation while enjoying the stunning views of the island! A BBQ area is available for outdoor grilling experiences with a dedicated dining area for you to enjoy your meals in the Mediterranean breeze.

    Bedrooms| 2 beautiful bedrooms, one includes a double bed while the other bedroom features 2 single beds.

    Linens| At 360 Estates we love a good night sleep, due to this we only provide the best of linens to our guests, with also 2 sets of towels given per person.

Take a leisurely hike or rent a bike to explore the tranquil surroundings, immersing yourself in the island`s beauty.

    In terms of dining and entertainment, St. Paul`s offers a variety of options. You`ll find local restaurants serving delicious Maltese cuisine, seafood specialties, and international fare. Enjoy a relaxing meal with a view, savoring the flavors of the Mediterranean.

    Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.

    Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
